Came here to order a drink last week and the girls completely forgot to make my drink and spoke to each other about how they forgot to make my drink in front of me when they handed me my drink the milk was curdled and had weird white things floating around in it they told me that was just how the drink looked. However I’ve ordered it many times before and it’s never looked like that so I asked them to please remake it. I also one time ordered ahead here and then I got there and no one was there making drinks. It was me and five other people who ended up getting our money taken from us without any way to get our money back no refund option for when your drink is never made on the app, which is ridiculous

Staff is incredibly rude. Even to Macy’s employees. They have a special for employees that they can save their cup and refill it later on for free. The woman working right now is as rude as it gets. On the phone as usual, standing away from the actual shop as uninterested as it gets. She made up her own rule to not have to take her hands out of her pockets and make a cup of coffee. Often times when I order at 10 am they don’t have the coffee ready for 1-2 hours later or I have to go up and ask them so they can start preparing. Starbucks in general have gone down hill, this particular location even further more so than others. Avoid at all costs.

I had the worst experience this afternoon with my family who went to this place and the 2 bitches they have were very rude and arrogant with the girls and me, everything we asked for was done reluctantly and wasted, they looked bad at everyone if they are not prepared To serve people, don't work, no one went to ask where I pay my money, they must serve me well and they are not prepared to deal with people who are going to buy

Very hot indoor. It’s 87 degrees with dozens of people inside but there is no AC.

It was a typical Starbucks, but was connected to our Doubletree Hotel! Didn't even need to go outside! The entrance to Starbucks could be accessed from inside the hotel lobby.
