Hello, I am writing this review to thank Hayden and Tosh for giving me an excellent customer service experience last night! It was 5 minutes to closing and they still attended to me with such care and upbeat attitude! I really appreciated that and I hope the managers take this into consideration.

I hope this is the right one..this is location is the one in between the Westin and Copley Mall. Came in said hello to the barista she didn't even acknowledge me. She looked mean! The gurl at the register was nice made an amazing drink but then when it came to pay she said just hit the button..I knew there is an option to decline a tip but the machine was blank. So I leave and looked at my receipt! They added the tip for themselves! I know a lot of ppl have been complaining about this but this is the first time I had no choice! Shame on them

I come here everyday and unfortunately, since returning from the pandemic shut down, the customer service here is non existent. The staff are extremely slow and get quite rude when you try to follow up on a mobile order from 30 minutes ago. I wonder if they changed ownership

I'm so disappointed, I'm from Seattle so maybe I should've expected less but I figured Starbucks is a chain so they more or less are the same everywhere. I asked for a vanilla steamed soy milk in remembrance of my departed father who used to make me these when I was a kid, and they didn't know what I was ordering and brought over the manager. I told them I could order something else if they didn't know it, but they found the button on the cash register and charged me. Turns out I just got warm cows milk, which was neither flavored nor plant-based as requested. They were too busy to get their attention after the mistake happened, so just had to toss it. Bummer on top of a bummer day.
