After a 40 mins wait on a line they decided they were only doing online orders. We are at a conference I understand the pressure. But if that was going to be decided they should’ve announce it on advance.Edit after reply:I don’t mind the wait, I understood there was going to be a long waiting time. I mind that I waited 40 mins and my order was not taken. And then I had to leave to another coffee place and make another line to order in another place all rushed. You didn’t take into consideration my time at all.

Perfect location for an hotell in Boston. It's clean, fresh and the personel is friendly and helpful. For me its important with good possibilities for fitness workout and this hotell has a great facilities with cardio/strenght and even a pool for swimming.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time! The front desk associate, Imane was so professional and welcoming. Being a BonVoy member I was given a room with access to the concierge lounge which was lovely! They were serving some appetizers, cheese and crackers as well as beverages. The attendant was eager to offer us something to eat, but we were on our way to dinner. Later we went for a dip in the lap pool (which was the perfect temperature)...followed by a soak in the hot tub which was fabulous! The lockerooms were clean and well-appointed with showers, lockers and a sauna. There was also a full service restaurant and Starbucks in the lobby for our convenience...great for breakfast before walking to the wharf to see the sites! We can't wait to return to this beautiful hotel! We just hope it doesn't get TOO popular, we felt like royalty having the pool and fitness center almost entirely to ourselves!

We overnighted here after a trip to Ireland. Marriott comfort is just what we needed, the bed and pillows were perfect for these weary travelers. We were upgraded to a lovely harbor view on a high floor. The room was quiet and the view beautiful, especially at night. After suggestions from the concierge we, ate dinner just across the street at Eddie Merlot’s and had a nice meal with friends from Boston. At check in they also gave us some discount tickets to use around the area, which was quite nice. We walked along the harbor on a warm beautiful morning, it was so peaceful. We grabbed a quick lunch at the bar area before our flight and were amazed by the food, simply delicious. We used the Silver Line bus service from the airport and it took about 30 minutes because of 5 o’clock traffic. We took a Lyft back the next afternoon and it took 12 minutes.

I don’t understand why I have to pay $8 for a mocha that I have to mix myself?

My wife and I just returned from a long weekend stay at this property and we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, the size of the rooms and professionalism of the staff. In addition, this is probably one of the few times I didn’t take issue with the resort fee because of the quality of the services it covered. The Old Town Trolley tour alone, which we had planned to do anyway, pretty much covered the resort fee and the Trolley was included in addition to the $25 per day, so we were still able to grab a couple coffees and breakfast sandwiches for just a few bucks more on Saturday and Sunday when the Concierge Lounge was closed. All in all, I would have to say that this property gives you more for your money than any other property I’ve stayed at, Marriott or otherwise, and I spend over 100 nights a year in hotels. The last time we were in Boston we stayed at the Intercontinental, and we weren’t able to use a single thing that their resort fee covered, which is usually the case. It’s almost like some hotels go out of their way just thinking up stuff, which they know most guests either can’t or won’t use, to justify the fee. But I digress… We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, will probably stay here again on future visits to Boston and highly recommend it. Plus, you really can’t beat the location in Beantown’s up and coming Seaport area and the water views from this hotel are spectacular.

First of all I would like to note this hotel has disabled google reviews and therefore those ratings are inaccurate. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anybody. It may seem reasonably priced, but there are tons of hidden fees. Upon checking in, we learned that there is a mandatory “destination fee.” $25 each day just to stay there. I thought that’s what we had already paid for? When we complained, he said it was listed on the website. He also told us that we were not allowed to bring in the beer we had in our hands. We can’t drink in our own rooms that we paid for? Is that a joke?! With the exorbitant cost and fees we assumed there was a parking lot, but no there is offsite “valet parking” for $56 a night! We chose to park our car in the public lot instead for $40/night. We get upstairs, and the beds are nowhere near queen size. They are *maybe* full size? Sharing the bed w two people was very uncomfortable and we barely slept the first night. Coming down in the morning, there was a buffet breakfast that cost $29 a person!! That’s the most expensive breakfast ever. After going out all day, we come back to find the room a mess. Nobody came to clean or replace our towels which we put on the floor. We tell this to the front desk and go out for dinner. They make a note. We come back, and still no towels! After another uncomfortable night of sleep, we check out and find there are a ton of hidden fees charged to our room. City tax, state tax, the destination fee, a TOURISM FEE, and then taxes on the destination fee!! To top it all off, the decor is ugly. This place SUCKS.

A very good modern and high quality hotel. The rooms are specious clean and well furnished. The gym is good and the pool is good for some swimming some laps. The bar is well stocked with craft ale and the food is good. I’ve knocked a point off for no USB sockets in the room. That’s my only gripe but in such an expensive hotel I’d like to see them.
