It’s you’re ordinary Starbucks but the people who work here are sooooo nice !! I stayed at the renaissance for 3 nights and the man knew my order the second day I came. So friendly and all smiles in the morning :)
Perfect location for an hotell in Boston. It's clean, fresh and the personel is friendly and helpful. For me its important with good possibilities for fitness workout and this hotell has a great facilities with cardio/strenght and even a pool for swimming.
This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time! The front desk associate, Imane was so professional and welcoming. Being a BonVoy member I was given a room with access to the concierge lounge which was lovely! They were serving some appetizers, cheese and crackers as well as beverages. The attendant was eager to offer us something to eat, but we were on our way to dinner. Later we went for a dip in the lap pool (which was the perfect temperature)...followed...
