If I could give this location zero stars I would. It doesn’t matter what time of day, how many people are in the store working or as customers, mobile order takes the longest for some reason which is between 18-30mins (for one COFFEE BLACK). It takes AT LEAST 20 mins to get a coffee. They are litterally incompetent. I’ve tried it 20x nothing has changed it’s wild.

I visit this Starbucks daily, and it’s always a great experience. The staff are friendly, efficient, and make an effort to remember regulars. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the service is fast

I went to this Starbucks this morning to get my usual and they made it wrong so I talked to the person that took my order and he said that he would make it over again. OK cool he also told me that I could keep the first drink. I didn’t want it, but he told me to keep it OK he makes the second drink. I’m not able to drink it right there because it was packed and I had to go…. so halfway home, I take a sip and they I realize they still made it wrong. What a waste… I spent $13 on that drink!

Sunday 8!4 the workers in the morning played so much and was loud so unprofessional and the Cashier name with a m was so rude need new staff won’t go again to much joking and playing customer could not enjoy their coffee

They need a huge improvement. Every time I order a drink I typically order at other Starbucks locations I’m met with extreme confusion regardless of the simplicity of it and it’s usually made incorrectly. Staff needs to be trained on how to properly make the drinks to be on par with other Starbucks locations.
The worst Starbucks in town. I have never experienced the lack of consistency amongst any Starbucks ever! And of course it's in a black community which is why this level of inconsistency is tolerated. No Starbucks randomly starts closing at 1:30. This Starbucks is almost out of everything everytime you go abd when you go through the drive through nobody knows what your ord we ring nd when you do ask for a drink you'd be lucky if the Starbucks crew knows how to make your beverage. I have tried to support since the very first day they opened and gave many months to allow for staffing and stocking consistency however nothing has changed either close or revamp.

Was happy to hear about this Starbucks. Very nice location. I started going to this location for a few months now because it’s convenient. Workers are very slow including shift managers. The store manager Co is great she’s the only one that I see who actually takes their job seriously and is nice to customers. A few times that I’ve had went in workers was on their phone and having full blown conversations with other workers that has nothing to do with the workplace. Start investigating on getting rid of current barista’s , manager’s and supervisors. There’s plenty of other locations that aren’t in the best locations and still have better workers. Maybe try and find people who have much more experience.

SLOW! SLOW! SLOW!! This is sadly the only Starbucks in the area I have found otherwise I would go there. The employees here are just slow and lazy. I get that you employ mostly kids but this is ridiculous. Average wait time with 1 car in the drive thru is at least 10 to 15 minutes. If you see two cars in the drive thru forget it! They like to take one cars order and finish the transaction with them before moving onto the next car which is a killer for the drive thru. I worked retail I get it, customers can really be a drag but you're there to work. I have watched the employees here have conversations and text on their phones instead of waiting on people. If I were the manager here I would clean house and get in a fresh group.
