State Street Provisions was a good find. The fried chicken sandwich was crispy, saucy, and perfectly balanced with that bright slaw and the fries were hot and well salted. The grilled chicken with Caesar felt lighter but still full of flavor. Lively atmosphere, solid service, and a good beer list. I’d happily go back.

We had an amazing experience at State Street Provisions. The service was outstanding, and when we visited around 5 p.m. on a weekday, it felt relaxed and not overly crowded. I’d still suggest making a reservation just in case. The menu isn’t huge, so it’s worth checking it out ahead of time to be sure it fits everyone’s tastes, but every dish we tried was excellent.
