This restaurant is definitely one of the coolest place in the region. Always when I come to this place I am very satisfied. They manage their high level service and the topmost level of cooking they provide. You definitely will enjoy this this place. Highly recommended.

My favorite side for sushi and Japanese items. Most of the foods here are sweet and nice looking. Some of their famous items are State Street Maki, Crunch Spicy Crab Maki Roll, Spicy Avocado Crab Salad, Spicy Tuna Maki Roll, Qq Sushi Lunch, Salmon Combo.

State Street Sushi appeared before us on a walk down State Street to the waterfront. The staff were very hospitable and helpful, greeting us when we came in, and saying good-bye when we left. The fish was bright-colored and fresh, and the rolls sharply cut. It's just a little place, and business here seems to be primarily take-out, but there are a few chairs at a tight window-side counter. They have gluten-free options, and most telling, they have tamari, that is, gluten-free soy sauce. This was a fast, fun, and tasty solution for lunch.

Just a tiny streetcorner shop, but 2 sushi wizards and a cashier get you in, get your order, get your money, and get you your sushi FAST, and good prices. Special order (like no avocado?) No problem. And if 5 minutes isn't fast enough there is prepackaged sushi in a cold case to grab and go.

The sushi was fresh - but not exceptional. Basically a very high grade of supermarket sushi made quickly and at a reasonable price. There are only 4 seats at the counter, but most people seem to get carryout anyway! Our order took about 5 minutes after it was placed and the line moved along quickly. Also, if you're pressed for time, they have pre-made trays. The lunch specials are definitely the best value!
