Honestly really pleasantly surprised considering it wasn’t that busy on a Saturday night. Food was great, service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and atmosphere was nice. Would definitely come

Get the S’mores donuts with Honey Mustard Butter chicken wings. We shall return!!!!
We really loved the food at Stillwater! Started with the biscuits and homemade cheez-its, which were both absolutely fantastic. I had the red beans & rice as my main and the person I was with enjoyed the dumplings- both were great choices. The pb&j crème brûlée was a favorite- wished there was a bit more jam but it was delicious nonetheless. Service was less than stellar though- lack of water refills and it took an incredibly long time to get the check. Overall we had a great time!

Cool spot serving comfort food in downtown Boston. I was heading to Logan but my flight was delayed, so decided to get some dinner near South Station. Happy I made the choice to give Stillwater a try. Their menu is a bit more on the pricy side, but they have a few cheaper options. I tried the red beans and rice dish, which was delicious and a great value for $17. Hope to come back in the future and try more of their menu!

Came for brunch, the hot honey chicken and biscuit was delicious. This is kind of specific, but the bloody Mary has bacon in it, but it's not listed in the ingredients. I only noticed because someone had one at the table next to me. I don't eat pork, I think it's something that should definitely be listed in the ingredients.

Stereotypical bartender(s). Why was I ignored? Was it because I don’t have blonde hair and blue/green eyes? No, I’m not of the Aryan race, but that shouldn’t dictate how I’m treated. Are you wondering who it was? Well, there were two bartenders working on 8 FEB 24 when we arrived, probably at around 8:15ish. There was a middle-aged woman with dark hair who, single-handedly, ruined our mood. We made eye-contact twice, which common sense would tell you we were ready to order a cocktail. Lesson learned; common sense isn’t so common.Although very disappointed, and a tad bit furious, the hostess was incredibly kind. We approached her and ordered two desserts to-go. She was attentive and totally willing to help. I even told my girlfriend, let’s order a cocktail while we wait since it did seem like a cool spot. The “early wins” quickly dissipated when we approached the bar. I mean, the bartender even looked at her co-bartender, probably to chat/gossip, before continuing with… making drinks, or maybe it was subjecting customers to feeling inferior.I didn’t come from Miami to be judged for looking a bit different. Yes, if you’re wondering, we look a little Latino :)Thanks… Worst thing about it was, we didn’t even leave with the desserts we wanted..
Dinner is just ok.
