Average for a high-end steakhouse and way over priced for what it is. We sampled the white bread bread and returned it; I could not tell if the dipping sauce had any flavor. The Lil' Brgs sliders were good but I don't understand why anyone would mince Wagyu. The best items were the crab cake and particular the Aioli which was very flavorful and the Brussels sprouts which was great. My wife had the watermelon mock-tail and it was also great. Truffle fries were alright. I had the dry aged rib eye upon server's recommendation. The main flavor was the charred surface. They apparently use a different done-ness scale than anyone else so medium-rare means cold, raw middle. They were, of course, happy to cook it to a warm pink center when I asked for it. The redo took a long time but our initial meals came out impressively fast. I tried two different sauces the default is and Bearnaise and both lacked flavor (lard is not the major flavor profile I want from a Bearnaise sauce) . I was would have asked for a 3rd option but server didn't check in at a suitable time. Waited quite a long time for the bill. As we were about to leave we were talking to the server at our table and the person clearing the table kept interrupting us. For what? To clear the table 30 seconds faster?! The live dj was a cool vibe, I would have like it less loud so I could have a easier conversation with my wife, but I guess that is a preference/table location thing. We didn't care for any of the dessert options. I enjoyed the conversation with the man at the door, and the best service was a lot of the staff taking a moment to say good bye as we left. We looked forward this and overall it was just not very good and we were disappointed. I hope it helps.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal at STK Boston. Plenty of food (turkey, stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy) - all was delicious. Full menu was also available and one of my sons had the filet which was also excellent. Desserts were great too! Our waiter was Nathan and he was attentive, consistently checking in, and friendly. The vibe is always fun and upbeat - music, decorations for the holidays - nice ambiance.
