This used to be my go to! But they've been slacking the last few years. The register person is never paying attention to people who walk in. Therefore there's always a wait time. The high up counter makes it worse! Plus I can't see my food being prepped. The cooks are always loud and unprofessional.
If you want a couple slices of pizza, order ahead because they rarely have any available. You have to order online no matter what because when one calls, the person who takes the order "forgets" to pass it on to the cook. Be ready to either pay more via Uber eats or pay a pickup fee via chow now.
The food is ehhh. Like mentioned above, staff is always playing arnd. Salads are old. They don't follow directions on orders. On the upside they still have their own delivery people.

I knew there was a reason I stopped coming here. My order was gross and they didn’t listen to what I told them to do. Charged a fee for using a card. Then proceeded to not refund the money after I told them what the problem was. They are always in there playing around instead of doing their job. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I wouldn't recommend this place to most people. If you're here for mostly the pizza, then this is not the place for you. Almost every time I order pizza here, it always goes bad. Sometimes, they put too much cheeses on the pizza. Sometimes, they put too much sauces on the pizza. Sometimes, they put way too much pepperonis on the pizza. Which all of these I never asked for. The only reason I'm giving this 2 star is because when they do it right, the pizza could actually be good. But that only happens rarely. This is just my opinion and my experience of this place.
Not the first time I ordered from them and I never had a issue with them before… but today I ordered a 12 piece wing dinner and cheesecake from the grubhub app, mind you I ordered it from 9:30pm. It is now past closing time and the app still saying it’s arriving soon and it’s been over an hour. I didn’t even order too much things, a wing dinner should not take a freaking hour to make… I just wanted my food. This is very extremely unprofessional and this is will be the LAST time I ever will order from here, I really hope they go out of business for good for playing with customers like this.
