Convenient to MGH
Good food, cheap. The bathroom was out of service or maybe they dont have one.
It had been awhile since I visited a subway. Last time it was $5 for a foot long. Somehow, they got worse. The bread (I got Italian) was dry and crumbly and they definitely put less "meat" and cheese than before. The young lady who made my sub did a good job.
one employee. no bathroom six chairs. out of almost all brad except wheat and white. poor sandwich building. guys has in headphones cookies are stale and from two days ago. DO NOT COME HERE. there are ones much closer that can not be worse than this.
Good food, cheap.
Took a long time to deliver our order
Food was honestly not good at all and extremely poor customer service.
Burnt food in the toaster and refused to make it. Missing alot of its toppings.. should have stated it when i started my order. The employee wasnt the most pleasant person either.
Nothing wrong the place just nothing special either
staff was very accommodating as I’m a pickey eater. Wish I would have got foot long. Thank you......

First time I ate from this subway and it was the worst experience. I'd just gotten out of work and I was hungry so I decided to give it a try. The lady prepared my sandwich and the lettuce looked like it had days in it, didn't look fresh at all which caused me food poisioning for a couple days😑😑😑. I do not recommended to anybody!!!!
Great clean place
When I walked in it was empty.. I was confused because it was 5pm on a Monday. Then someone poked their head out from behind a door and told me that they are closed and i needed to " leave right now ".. it was almost as if he was being held hostage in the back and he wanted me to get out to save myself .. a very bizarre experience. They could have at least put a closed sign on the door. Or told me to leave in a polite way
The district manage really needs to take a look at this establishment; it is either the most poorly funded Subway in the Eastern US or the most poorly run. They are constantly out of most bread regardless of time of day; their toaster oven hasn't been operating any of the three times I've gone there; they ask you which meats go out their 'Signature' sub; and, as many others have already pointed out, the customer service is bottom of the barrel. That's why they are always empty, not the neighborhood.
This establishment is decent, the cashiers/servers are always rushing to make your sandwiches...not the most hospitable Subway in town.
