Veggie quality went out the window. Spinach wilted and unwashed. Dirt still on the other vegetables. They skip the rewards screen so you can’t collect points. Only buy here if you are backed up and want diarrhea.

Awful experience — I will never return to Subway again
I used to order from this Subway location almost every day. I always got the same sandwich and never had any issues — until now. This time, they made my sandwich completely wrong: they added onions (which I’m allergic to) and used the wrong sauces.
I came back and politely asked them to please remake the sandwich, explaining that I have a serious onion allergy and can’t eat what they gave me. Instead of helping, the two young women working there treated me with total disrespect. They told me I had to bring back both sandwiches from the order — even though only one was wrong. While I was trying to explain my situation, they were laughing, smirking, and speaking in their own language, making it feel like they were mocking me.
Their behavior was absolutely unacceptable — rude, dismissive, and humiliating. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism from staff anywhere. After this, I will never order from Subway again. The way I was treated was just awful.

Pathetic, they ruin dinner and evening if you plan to have sub. Intentionally don’t put stuff well as they find you used offer.
IT WAS THIRD TIME AND EVEN AFTER MENTIONED ON HIS FACE THEY DIDN’T CORRECT, just gave argument that sub won’t close properly.

DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE!! The place is disgusting, dusty, and very unsanitary. The manager and his wife are dishonest and don't care about the quality of food. The pictures are of the store itself. If it looks like this, imagine the food!!
Horrible. We ordered 2 subs from here, both were wrong. It had 2 pieces of turkey on it instead of 9 somehow. They refuse to both give us our money back, and absolutely REFUSE to make new subs because “Even if we lose $1, we lose money”.

Worst Customer Service. I ordered Online from Subway App for a foot long and a Pizza from this store and some random women who is working in this store Started shouting at me unnecessarily in call. Also they are out of all products.

March 12th update:After three years of alleged possible and suffering at the hands of the tyranny that is subway location in this area, I'm returning after 3 verified tries, including one tonight after in Coolidge corner had a live crack head, no longer takes card, rude AF, and was told they should 'close the doors on me' I am updating my review of this location to 5 stars as it seems they do, in fact, give a damn. Today a new employee took my order and despite some language barriers we vibes thru it. No crack on the tables and crackheads (their words) berating customers demanding money and threatening to kill the whole store for a cookie (true story). My only suggestion for this location is to keep it up! If that's not valid, cook the bread a big shorter, it's slightly crispy. Certainly better than both crack and the idea of having a door slammed in your face after arriving too close to close (1 hour and 41 minutes prior). This this location takes card, Coolidge corner location "doesn't know" when they'll take card again, doesn't make promotional items, and just hates themselves and the customer, which is very apparent. Thanks to the young ladies at this location and the new guy and taller man that assisted me the last three times I tried giving this location another shot... Glad I did. Bc they did have a really bad vibe 3 years ago but I had just moved here and it was just bad timing over all. Also, love the store inside!!These folks dont give a damn.

First They don’t know how to treat the customer, neither they know how to even make a simple veggie delight sub. They use the worst quality vegetable for their sandwiches. The place is a total waste of money. They will charge you full and then they will give you the worst possible thing to eat.
