It’s been too hot in there this summer. Not sure if their AC broke but hopefully it’s not a food safety hazard.

I appreciate the $6 deal offered by Subway, which is well worth the cost. I value the convenience of this location being a short walk from my condominium. I rated one star due to the behavior of a specific lady employee who is working there yesterday 7/29 at 5pm and today. She exhibits arrogance, lacks effective customer service skills, and consistently interacts with customers in a manner that suggests displeasure. Her demeanor is unpleasant, and assigning her to customer-facing roles may negatively impact customer experiences. Both my uncle and I encountered her yesterday and today, and we observed the same behavior; she spoke loudly, almost shouting at us, and displayed a heavy sighing attitude. We maintained our composure, but she persisted in her gruff demeanor. So, here's a thought - maybe stick her in the kitchen where she can't scare off customers, and let's keep the customer satisfaction train rolling smoothly.

The worker rushed me even though the store was not busy. The number of toppings he put into my sandwich was miniscule and sad. the sandwich I ordered had lettuce, tomato, and onions. Lots of lettuce, 4 very small slices of tomato, and like 1 onion piece. How is this a proper sandwich? Also, he didn't bother to ask if I wanted other toppings.
I left with a poor excuse of a sandwich that tasted of bread and lettuce.

I accompanied Anna for lunch, and our experience was excellent. The sandwiches were generously prepared, featuring ample portions, and the establishment maintained a clean environment. The service we received was exceptional, and the bright ambiance added to the overall positive atmosphere. This is an ideal spot for a quick lunch or snack, and I would highly recommend it.

Couldn't believe i was in a Subway! Superb customer service and spotless. I hardly ever do Subway because you typically get what you pay for (in terms of quality and service), but this one was worth every cent! thank you

The Duck’s Eye

You pay extra for mustard, proceed with caution… the sign says “3$ pretzel” sounds good to me, but there is a catch. You have to pay extra for mustard, what? I don’t like mustard so I tried to decline, and not have mustard but I was not allowed to. I left subway feeling shameful. The regular employees are nice, but the manager makes me sad sometimes.

Detective Hooligan

Subways at this location do not accept Subways coupon when ordering food in person or on-line. I went in store with a coupon that says "Get two Footlongs for $12.99", and the lady that work there says "we don't accept coupon". Technically this location don't accept all coupons that in this picture shown, manager at this location is poorly manage and all talk.

In general it's just like any other Subway. Central location near a busy intersection (convenient for pedestrians, tough parking). Pretty clean interiors , pleasant atmosphere and music. Friendly staff, good service, good food, fair prices.Yet the problem is the restrooms. They closed them a long time ago and refuse to make them available for customers, with the ridiculous excuse of Covid... the pandemic is over, the world has fully reopened a long time ago. If people can enter restaurants with no masks and dine-in, they should also be allowed to use the restroom and wash their hands. It makes a big difference!It seems the real issue is that random people from the street would use the restrooms. The solution in many other restaurants is a keypad lock, the code is written on the receipts so only patrons get it.

Vegetarian options: Like any other Subway, they offer veggie sandwiches.

Kid-friendliness: Like all Subway restaurants.

Placed an order today from here through Uber eats didn’t receive everything I ordered the driver claims that all the restaurant gave them was my sub.. I was supposed to have chips and I ordered a cookie as well, tried to call the store and got no answer I’m very upset especially because I specifically chose this particular location based on the high ratings and the wonderful comments I read about it.. what a disappointment
