Subways at this location do not accept Subways coupon when ordering food in person or on-line. I went in store with a coupon that says "Get two Footlongs for $12.99", and the lady that work there says "we don't accept coupon". Technically this location don't accept all coupons that in this picture shown, manager at this location is poorly manage and all talk.

Standard subway experience. Store was clean, not crowded. Sandwich artist made my sandwich efficiently and it was good.

In general it's just like any other Subway. Central location near a busy intersection (convenient for pedestrians, tough parking). Pretty clean interiors , pleasant atmosphere and music. Friendly staff, good service, good food, fair prices.Yet the problem is the restrooms. They closed them a long time ago and refuse to make them available for customers, with the ridiculous excuse of Covid... the pandemic is over, the world has fully reopened a long time ago. If people can enter restaurants with no masks and dine-in, they should also be allowed to use the restroom and wash their hands. It makes a big difference!It seems the real issue is that random people from the street would use the restrooms. The solution in many other restaurants is a keypad lock, the code is written on the receipts so only patrons get it.Vegetarian options: Like any other Subway, they offer veggie sandwiches.Kid-friendliness: Like all Subway restaurants.

Placed an order today from here through Uber eats didn’t receive everything I ordered the driver claims that all the restaurant gave them was my sub.. I was supposed to have chips and I ordered a cookie as well, tried to call the store and got no answer I’m very upset especially because I specifically chose this particular location based on the high ratings and the wonderful comments I read about it.. what a disappointment

Ahhh! Best for students around Boston! Specially Veg Patty Subway for vegan friends! Quite loaded and super tasteful for 6$ plus if you are lucky you get a cookie! Very helpful joyful staff!

I ordered food at 8:24, it said it would arrive within 20-30 minutes, then the driver stayed in the same place for an hour and drove in the other direction, left my food there, and they closed, with my food waiting. Will not be going there again.
