After a long day of travel and having just checked into our hotel we came here for a quick dinner. The employees weren't super welcoming but this isn't fine dining so its honestly not that big of a deal. The food wasn't bad and did the job. I will say it seems a little expensive to pay $15 for a sandwich & drink.

This is a poorly run Subway. This is totally a manager/owner problem. 1 poor guy trying to make sandwiches for 6 people waiting in line as well as internet orders AND phone orders...1 worker....and this is a common practice at this subway. I was lucky that I came when the line was short with 1 person in front of me. You could tell the worker was nervous and didn't know which sandwiches to make first, but what is he supposed to do? How do you please all the customers when you're the only employee and you have 20 sandwiches to make in a few minutes and guaranteed the manager/owner doesn't have to deal with upset customers. Poor management/owner ran Subway.

Said they don't take coupons. Guy was harassing the poor woman trying to ring everyone up. Seemed like she was poorly trained. Messed up the sandwich in front of us 3 times. Do not go here. Dangelos is right down the street and wayyyyyy better.

I’ve been going in weekly for a sub and bag of chips. It’s always a little over $20, which is I think high. Today I asked for a receipt. The cashier looked shocked. They added a $3.50 tip. They also have a tip cup. Seems fishy to me. Beware.

I’m at the counter. Three employees total. One taking out the trash, two gossiping to each other in the back. The one handling the trash called out for the other two to do their jobs, they keep chatting and ignoring me. I guess they’re allergic to making money at this place.

Miserable girls that were working. Did not say hello. Got lunch at 1:00, No napkins. Train people about customer service and if you do not like your job find a new one or find happiness in your life, you only live once.
