There is one lady that is Muslim forgot her name. She is so kind, always welcoming you with a smile. There is another lady that works with her in the evening shift. She is rude and arrogant. One time she refuses to serve me for no reason. She started speaking in her language about me. The kind Muslim lady defending me. She even disagrees with her actions. I used to love going there with my family, not anymore.

I ordered a 6’ pepperoni sub with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. The bread was very stale and old. They only put 3 slices of pepperoni. I recommend going to the subway downtown. I noticed that they gave a large portion of meat to the women ahead of me. The best thing was the clean environment, drink and chips.

Came in with a coupon that they mail to my house all the time just for them to say they don’t participate in that no more … manager Asauad , turned his back on me while I was still talking and walked off , which I find to be rude .

I eat at different Subway restaurants several times a week. This is one of the nicest and cleanest with friendly, dedicated staff behind the counter.

When I go in-person at lunch time, i am usually happy with my sandwich. However, delivery is a terrible experience at this particular location.
This particular franchise always has stale bread and skimps on portions. The veggies are wilted and stale. (Especially the onions)
They put less cheese and meat than they are supposed to on my delivery orders consistently.
Idk if its someone specific working there or if the owner teaches them to make em like that.

I ordered a churro as soon as I got home to enjoy it I was half way done and I thought the churro was crunchy but to my surprise it was a peace of metal I hurt my tooth so bad it is in pain as I’m writing this review I tried calling no answer for a whole hour very unprofessional and I am highly upset.

YESTERDAY I WENT TO BUY 3 SANDWICHES IN THE MORNING ,SINCE I WAS WAITING IN LINE WITH FEW MORE CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME, TWO OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE FIGHTING IN FRONT OF EVERY ONE THERE , IT WAS A HISPANIC WOMEN AND ANOTHER LADY FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY, THEY WASNT PAYING ATTENTION TO US WE HAD TO REPEAT THE ORDER FEW TIMES AND THE LADY FROM IRAN OR WATHEVER COUNTRY SHE IS , WAS THE ONE WHO STARTED THE FIGHT , MAKING MY ORDER WRONG AND ALSO WITH A BAD ACTITUD , I DIDNT LEFT BECAUSE I WAS HUNGRY AND ON A RUSH BUT NEVER AGAIN , GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A TRAINING ABOUT HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AND IF THEY DIDNT LIKE THE JOB TO LEAVE...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I AM NOT GOING BACK THERE.
