Usually pretty fast and accurate! Had my order messed up once, came back in & they remade it quickly and accurately. The incorrect order bit is such a rare occurrence, though! Plus they use more pickles than the BU dining hall does (I always feel I have to ask for extra pickles at the dining hall).

Horrible service, the cashier was rude and trying to be intimating. I can tell that he hates his job, even though he’s been there “7 years”. They overcharge for meats, are rude, and shouldn’t be working if they don’t like it. Or at least pretend.

I specifically asked the person taking my order to use a clean knife as I saw some tuna remains on it from the previous sandwich. But they just shook out the knife without wiping and used it for me. Disgusting service!
