Usually pretty fast and accurate! Had my order messed up once, came back in & they remade it quickly and accurately. The incorrect order bit is such a rare occurrence, though! Plus they use more pickles than the BU dining hall does (I always feel I have to ask for extra pickles at the dining hall).

You can tell when someone really love their jobs by the way they greet and take care of you. Robert is just awesome. Great employee, just made me have a great experience there. Keep it up! I’ll definitely be back!

Every time I've come here it has been a great experience. All of the employees are friendly and specifically Robert has been great. He remembers my order and always provides some fun conversation.
