At the first moment you step in that place the personel give you a great feeling. Very warm waiters, it is a good place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Excellent food, professional chef, good cost and nice service. Warmly recommended.

I was able to eat here for just one time, and saw that the service is terrible. The people working here were so rude. I wanted to get the juice from the fountain, but they said it is not possible because they're closing soon and they threw all the juice away in front of me, and the closing time was not even near at all. After that, I came here several times and they were closed all these times, even though the closing time says 10 pm for mondays to fridays. Today, I came again just to check for the last time and the time was 8pm, they were stupidly closed again! Never again!!!!!!

Right in City Hall plaza, this place is always pretty packed during weekday lunches. Offering a pretty wide variety of cuisine including burgers and hot dogs, tacos, pizza, and sandwiches. It's all pretty basic staple and of decent quality and price. It's certainly more for the selection of items, that seeking anything gourmet, but it's a solid choice for a quick and affordable on the run lunch.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have HORRIBLE customer service skills. I ordered a salad and realized I didn't get any dressing. I walked back in and it was a different gentleman up front on his phone I asked if I could have some dressing. He was so engaged on his phone he didn't hear me ask for 2 dressings so I had to ask for a second one. Then I asked if they had crackers and he walked to the back which I saw him getting something I assumed crackers then I noticed he was taking a while to come back. So I asked if he was getting the crackers he said very rudely I said no we didn't have any. I told him I didn't hear him obviously, because I was still standing at the counter waiting and you saw me waiting. He then said well I said no rudely again and another lady intervened by saying no ma'am we do not have crackers. If he had not been so focused on his phone and focused on the customer he would have known I did not hear him answer me. This was my first and last visit to this store. And employees should know if you are going to be on your cellphone, standing up front is not the place to be if you don't want to assist any customers.

I came here for lunch and I ordered a Turkey, avocado, tomato, basil, mozzarella panini and I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED! It wasn't even pressed, and the bread had NO crunch. It was so saugy almost as if it was made from the night before. I will NEVER COME TO THIS Place AGAIN, nor would I ever recommend anyone to come to this place for lunch. It's disgusting. The only thing that was good was my orange soda by Fanta.
