I got a delicious carrot cake customized very last minute. I was impressed they could accommodate me on short notice. Staff was super nice and helpful. I also tried a bramble and it was magical. A little mini pie crust and raspberry jam - outstanding!!

We purchased a half sheet for my daughter’s graduation celebration and the experience was amazing all around. Julie was wonderful to work with. The cake designer did an amazing job with the cake decor… made the logo and dragon look beautiful. The most important part was that the cake was actually so good! We love to eat cake and usually get ours from Whites (which we still love). We will definitely contact Sugar Bakery for future cakes! Thanks for making a perfect cake for our special event!

Before today, I definitely would give this place 6 stars if possible - the cakes are extremely good (I imagine everything rose is too, but we’ve only eaten cakes from here). I ordered a half vanilla/half chocolate cake on Monday for my daughter’s birthday. Today I got a call saying that they didn’t have any more vanilla sheets for the cake and wouldn’t be making any more, so the cake would have to be all chocolate. I don’t make cakes for a living, but I really don’t understand how that situation arises. Regardless, the change was forced on me - the person who called didn’t ask me what I would like to do about the order or offer some sort of compensation, just told me that they were going to change the order. Not acceptable. I cancelled the order later that day.
This was a pretty bad experience, but I’m not gonna lie - my wife likes their cakes so much we will probably buy them again. Talk need to do better handling this type of situation, though.

Nice little place with lots of baked goods and coffee. The pastries are delicious, particularly the cupcakes. The donuts are gluten-free. The staff are nice and friendly.
Everything in there looked delicious. I only got 2 lemon raspberry pastries which are my 😍. Overall I will be going back to this location and trying all the cupcakes they have to offer. Also, I would recommend if you have a sweet tooth for sure.
If you want to get a treat that’s actually worth come here! I have made it a mission to try all their items and I haven’t been disappointed.The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I recommend the lobster tails and the anything that’s apple from them.Their carrot cake is to die for!

My mother’s favorite holiday was Mother’s Day, and one of her love languages was gift-receiving. After her passing, I wanted to continue her spirit of appreciation by creating a tradition. For the past 4-5 years, I’ve ordered ten boxes of half a dozen cupcakes each, hand-delivering them to ten incredible women I admire.
