Dave was the first person from Boston we spoke to when we landed and he was just great, cheap beer and great options, but just good chat and told us a bit about Boston and where to go that night. The bar was opposite the hotel and if you’re in the area I’d def reccomend dropping in for a beer while you get your bearings. Cheers Dave, take care

Saw someone else write about the exact same experience I had today. This is the first review I’ve ever left. I was charged $9 for a high life. It was dead quiet in there, and I’m fairly confident that a few months ago when I went there was charged $5 prior to a Celtics game. Went down the road later in the day and paid $5 for a high life. Seems really suspicious.

Used to love this spot. $10 for a Narragansett seemed odd so I checked their website which lists it for $4. Clearly the bartenders are overcharging and pocketing the money.

Bartender tried to hit me I have a video told the bouncer multiple times and shown him the video, just made me leave. This happened at 11:28pm on March 17th 2025. I was not drunk - I was in town from Ireland. The woman is a short lady with dark hair and glasses in her late 20s early 30s. I have pictures and videos of her trying to attack me. She said she didn’t like the look of me? I am a woman.
came here after a celtics game from out of state, they took my ID and asked for another form so i gave them my debit. they then left the building with both my ID and debit card without saying anything then came back and said “no.” and i asked what and she said she wouldn’t allow us in and when i asked why she said because our IDs were from out of state. so i don’t recommend if you’re not from here don’t even waste your time with their rude service. and the fact they TOOK my debit outside of the building with no explanation?? I better not see any charges on it
