I ordered a small BBQ chicken pizza for delivery , I got. BB Spice like a Buffalo chicken pizza, call the store for issue and I told them the issue my kid are allergic to space food . They told me I to bring the pizza back to the store in order to get a new one. I’m already going pay $6.00 for delivery c: .to make story short never get any type of service , not refund , not call back . Nothing

I ordered chicken wings catering 50 whole wings for 42.00 with 10 percent off brought it to 37.50 plus delivery. I thought this was pretty good deal seeing that it was whole wings when the order was delivered they brought lme pieces. I called the restaurant back in the person on the phone tried to tell me that I ordered pieces when I clearly ordered whole wings . This person was clearly not trying to hear my case and hung up on me where I then had to call back and ask for the manager I have gone to this restaurant many times in the past and always ordered whole wings The manager said for me to come back and show him the ticket regardless of what happens it will not spend my money at this place any longer they need to train their employees on customer service

The worst steak and cheese I've ever had. ALL ONIONS AND CHEESE!!! A large sub @ $14.50 was vegan experience I did not want or ask for! What a waste of money! Oh how this place has fallen off! Shameful!
I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender dinner for $15. I received strips of chicken instead of whole tenders that were fried in old oil. It's evident that quality is not a required standard. I have ordered here several times and this was the worst order that I ever received.

I ordered online because when I called in it was almost 10$ more than online. EVERYTHING was overcooked in old oil and chewy! The onion rings were stuck together like an onion ring pie and the seafood was so chewy it might as well have been seafood gum. This was a horrible food experience! No one loves food there. I feel disrespected! I want a refund for this garbage I put in the trash after not being able to chew it!!
