decent boba but i ordered soup dumplings and the worker made us wait 30 when she said 15 and i would’ve gone and asked but she was hidden behind the counter using her phone and i thought she was in the back till i got up and saw her and she forgot about the order, we were the only people with active orders in the store
Went ~2 in the afternoon and they’re closed
Really poor experience. They insisted they understood the order, got it wrong and complained when we said that’s not what we ordered. The tea was also undrinkable - we both threw it away.
Milk tea taste like water.
The mango mochi was made with poor quality. Mochi was not chewy, and full of cream, barely any mangos. The grape tanghulu tasted like it was made with old grapes. The strawberry tanghulu was okay at best. Looked forward to the mango mochi due to pictures online, but they were bad.
the soup dumplings are so good! and so is the lychee jasmine green tea
Mediocre drinks. The mango coconut drink tasted like diluted milk with small sour mango chunks and soggy sago. Suggest Teazzi or Yifang down the streets
Super Emoji is a Boba shop located in the heart of Newbury Street, located in a little area that is populated by other boba shops. Super Emoji stands out from the rest by selling meals and other snacks, such as Xiao Long Bao, Shaved Ice, and other desserts.
The service is fast and quick, though it did take some time to make the shaved ice. There is a kiosk for self ordering, but the one we picked was out of order with no indication that it wasn't working. The atmosphere is alright, it was a hot day but it wasn't too warm inside.
We got the grapefruit slush, lemon iced tea, and a chocolate shaved ice. The teas were alright, pretty standard when compared to other locations. The chocolate shaved ice was ok sized for the price, which could only be found by going online to look at their ChowBus menu, or through the rotating screens up behind the counter. The chocolate shaved ice was light and melted in the mouth quickly, while the additional toppings were good.
Overall it was a decent experience, but they need to print updated menus for their new food offerings, as it only lists drinks.

I can't stand false advertising 😒 If they are going to charge more than what is advertised, the advertisement should be updated or taken down. Simply.
They increased the pricing by $0.50 and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the same as the sign, just tax included. FALSE. It was the inflated price, AND tax is added on after.
The mini dumplings tasted fine, but I would not come back. False advertising is bad business practice.

This place is so underrated. I had the strawberry mocha cream milk tea drink twice the last time I was in Boston and I literally have never forgotten about how good it was. I’m back in Boston a year later and went back, this time getting the same drink and a couple more- all were very good. Definitely coming back before I leave Boston again

I ordered the white peach lychee drink. The photo showed emoji boba in the advertisement but I was given crystal boba which is why I decreased the stars in the review. My friend got the peach mocha milk that was very good. Overall drinks tasted good the prices were reasonable for the location. The atmosphere was nice because it was opened late. The matcha cheesecake was not good.

The amount of money I've spent here is distressing.
