They were buttery and fluffy with a crisp crusty outside. We tried the beef riv, pulled pork, brisket and fried chicken with multiple sides. The meat was very tender. We did both spicy and plain fried chicken. The spicy is spicy, so, keep it in mind.

My friend had the brisket sandwich with a scoop of coleslaw, and I had a pulled pork sandwich with a scoop of potato salad. Both were delicious. The dining room at lunchtime was spacious and service attentive without being overwhelming. Highly recommended!
