Good bowl and tasty though some of my salad was sandy and not properly washed.. i asked to eat at the place itself and the lady who served looked at me as if I didn’t speak English..anyway its a shame the service was terrible, the place and table looked dirty..i guess we have to pay extra to get a smile or a better customer service at this salad bar.. such a shame!

Despite having a HUGE crowd of people flooding in at lunch time, the staff remained very friendly. The line moved quickly, food was OUTSTANDING. It’s a great little gem near the Boston Convention Center if you’re looking to grab something filling, affordable, and healthy during a conference. I will remember this place for future reference! Highly recommended. Yum.

I ordered two salads from the Boston ,Fort Point location one was completly wrong , the other one had a very healthy well fed alive bug in it. The bug was almost bothered that i had the audacity to open the container and bother him. I complained with photoraphs and was still denied a refund.

I did not realize that online ordering was the only option, even if you're at the restaurant. After trying to juggle logins, passwords, etc. without success the manager kindly offered to make our two salads and provided them free of charge to compensate for our difficulty ordering - excellent customer service. She also noted that she would suggest to management that online ordering offer a "checkout as a guest" option rather than customers being required to set up an account. I'll definitely be patronizing this location for their excellent salads when I return to Boston.
