It’s a nice place but as someone with a peanut and tree nut allergy I didn’t feel taken care of. The server didn’t know what had nuts or not and after I told her I had an allergy, she used cross contaminated tongs to mix my bowl so i was too worried to eat it.

Tasty food overall but customer service was really bad-i felt like they were mad at me. It was very hard to understand them, i felt like everyone was mumbling. Maybe im dramatic idk but i was judged

I have lunch at Sweetgreens twice a week, weekly for the last 6 months but today is the 4th time I’ve had food poisoning symptoms. I guess these aren’t bad stats considering this is raw food, but today I am really sick and have had nothing to eat but Sweetgreens. The staff is great here but I wonder if everything is being done to prevent food borne illness. I’m not writing this to hurt your business but help you — I want to keep coming back.
