My first order from Sweet Greens last week was great! Tonight, not so much. The dark grains of the Wild Rice were rock hard- so much that it hurt my teeth on first bite. The preparer forgot to add mixed greens to the salad and the hot honey mustard with the sweet potatoes. 😒

The last two times Ive ordered 'guacamole greens' there has been NO chicken included. According to the grub hub site, that is included. Very disappointed and I guess im not giving this location anymore chances.

I’m sorry but food isn’t worth the 16 dollars, meat tasted very bland and portions was extremely small won’t be returning

I ordered on ubereats and they gave me rancid sauce twice. First time I didn't check the sauce before I put it on and had to throw away the whole bowl. Second time I checked and just threw away the sauce. Super disappointing and there's no convenient way to contact the staff about the issue.

ABSURD SERVICE, food came wrong, with chicken and all smooshed, the portion size is unreasonably small, requested refund and they refused! The reviews alert for past food poisoning history and it goes right along with the service and the food quality, which was deplorable. Sweet greens needs to reset this location ASAP!

I've been going to Sweetgreen on and for a decade or so. It's the best part of days I have to work in the office. Being vegan I find they have a decent amount of options although I've been mainly getting the hummus crunch. All time favorite is the elote salad. It's heavenly!! The Longwood location is pretty busy with hospital employees and patients. I think they're very organized, have great communication and good customer service. Shout-out Justin for asking how my day is going.
