Walked into the store and decided to order something for me and a friend through the app and then I needed to use the restroom, I walked up and politely asked to use the restroom to the man behind the counter when I was ignored. I assumed maybe I said it too quietly and he didn’t hear me so I asked again and still received not even a glance up in my direction. So I went and waited by the register and was ignored for a third time. Not even acknowledging my existence. So I proceeded to ask the next employee and was ignored and then a third employee. At this point i walked out leaving behind almost $40 worth of overpriced salads because i could only assume i was a ghost. So I’ll make sure that my presence is never seen at a sweetgreen again and I’ll file a chargeback in the morning

I came in looking to get the new caramelized garlic steak and they barely put any steak in there maybe like 4 pieces so I asked for a little bit more and ended up paying $24??? This is unacceptable I can get a 12 oz steak at a different restaurant for less. Like I get these are fresh ingredients but being stingy is not a good business model.

It was my first time eating at sweet green and the manager on duty Hector was extremely helpful and eager to assist me with the menu. The food was delicious and fresh wild rice and vegetables. Looking forward to going again. Thank you Hector and the nice team for excellent customer service.

Ordered delivery after waiting 2 and half hours we got no communication about what was going on . Sweetgreen customer service is awful can't talk to a human they rely on a email response absolutley ridiculous. I will never give business to them again if that is how they treat customers..

Usually pretty good but tonight I wasn't able to order double steak on my kale Caesar (no other mods) and it seems they included feta, ranch, and something that's not parmesan crisps on it.

Ordered the guacamole greens salad for delivery and the bowl was half empty…barely any food or lettuce in it. Probably like 6 bites of food. I’ve ordered from other sweetgreen locations and this is not the normal portion size. Major rip off. Don’t order from here unless you want to waste money.
