I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

Server kept asking me where I was from. After ignoring them a few times, I finally responded that I was visiting from California. Clearly not satisfied with my answer, they continued by asking me what race I was. I did not feel safe in this store and left as soon as I could.

Ordered a Kale Caesar on Uber eats.
Forgot parm crisps on the salad (my fave!). Selected to include cutlery, no cutlery on bag.
Paid extra to add sweet potatoes which were great, just wishing the parm crisps and cutlery was also included with the delivery.

Walked into the store and decided to order something for me and a friend through the app and then I needed to use the restroom, I walked up and politely asked to use the restroom to the man behind the counter when I was ignored. I assumed maybe I said it too quietly and he didn’t hear me so I asked again and still received not even a glance up in my direction. So I went and waited by the register and was ignored for a third time. Not even acknowledging my existence. So I proceeded to ask the next employee and was ignored and then a third employee. At this point i walked out leaving behind almost $40 worth of overpriced salads because i could only assume i was a ghost. So I’ll make sure that my presence is never seen at a sweetgreen again and I’ll file a chargeback in the morning
