Ordered the guacamole greens salad for delivery and the bowl was half empty…barely any food or lettuce in it. Probably like 6 bites of food. I’ve ordered from other sweetgreen locations and this is not the normal portion size. Major rip off. Don’t order from here unless you want to waste money.

Easily my favorite sweet green location! Everyone is always so positive and friendly. I eat here 2-3 times a week and have never had an issue or bad experience!

This is a recent addition to this neighborhood- something healthy and wont totally break your wallet. The menu- is just like all the other sweetgreens so I wont really comment on the food- The location is conveniently located in a busy area and they actually have some seating which is niceBUTthe last couple of times Ive ordered there- when they ask me how I want my dressing- I would always reply "light"- the salad person nods in acknowledgement and then proceeds to drench the entire thing- and I would tell them to stop. Today, the guy was putting on too much so I told him it's enough- to which he replied: Oops Sorry, I know you already just told me "light" .. Seriously people, why do they even ask when they clearly aren't even listening? :( I had the chicken teriyaki salad but it was really lathered in this dressing and it got a lil too salty for me. It was a sadlad :(

The perfect atmosphere for getting away from home to work for a while. Great wifi, and power plugs here for anyone traveling and looking for a remote work space!

40-minutes during the lunch rush waiting to pick up an order. 20-minutes after it was stated the order would be ready. Lunch is predictable: either post accurate wait times or bolster staff between 11am and 2pm. Note, this is NOT the workers' fault: it is sweetgreen being a greedy company working their staff to the bone to maximize their profits while offering poor service. Shame on sweetgreen.

This create your own salad bowl was outstanding! Not bad on the price either, less than 15$. The store was a little dirty. They had plenty of seating available though. The beets were not cooked that long, very hard. The service was a bit slow. Would definitely go back absolutely for the food.

Dining method: Counter-serveItem(s) ordered: Shroomami bowlSpeed: All employees were busy in the back so I waited about 10 minutes total to be served. Ambiance: Light, airy cafe with a little bit of seating.Value: Shrinkflation has hit Sweetgreen! Where previously the tops of the bowls were somewhat dome-shaped, they're now inverted to limit the amount of food in the bowl. The review: Positive things first, the Shroomami bowl was pretty tasty. The mushrooms were cooked well, and the Miso Ginger dressing is my all-time favorite. The three star rating is due to the length of time that things were sitting out being questionable. I didn't see anything being replenished, but granted it was not a busy period. The basil was also actively decaying, and although the server tried her best to find me a nice piece, I did get one that was kinda brown. I feel like they should be making sure ingredients are fresh as that's the whole premise of sweetgreen as a brand. sweetgreen is almost unavoidable, as it's super convenient and easy for plant-based eaters. Just make sure to advocate for yourself and ask for fresh/new ingredients when you see something questionable.

Horrible that food is getting worse every day the quinoa seems to be a week old and the manager is a horrible gross person, she has no manners and is very hungry I do not recommend itParking: cambridge st boston

I was looking for something healthy for dinner on my break at work, so I ordered from Sweetgreen in Beacon hill. I went with the Garden Cobb salad with extra add-on of cilantro, tomato’s • crispy rice • goat cheese • parmesan crisp • roasted tofu • raw beets • cucumber, also I got on the side balsamic vinegar dressing. The salad was fresh the hard boiled egg perfectly cooked, roasted sweet potato very tasty , roasted almonds, spring mix, chopped romaine was vibrant looking and delicious! I was happy with my healthy choice for dinner! For a treat I got the Crispy organic brown rice, quinoa, and puffed millet-naturally sweetened with honey date caramel and just 6g of sugar. It was the first time trying it! It was delicious! It’s great to find healthy alternatives for dinner! I will order again from Sweetgreen very happy with going here!

Have tried to order there twice unsuccessfully. There was a backlog of orders for 2 hours which were not being completed. Waited 45 minutes after having ordered ahead of time and left. Now their website doesn’t work half the time for placing orders. Wouldn’t go back.

This location should be shut down. They consistently don’t make orders and blame it on theft. The app just says preparing even after it is 30 minutes late. SG is a highly risky place to order from but this is by far the worst location in Boston.
