I ordered my lunch via the app, and went in to pick it up and the order was lost due to the AWS outage, which is completely out to Sweetgreens control. The manager was so apologetic, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure every customer had a great experience. I really admire that level of service, especially when it would have been so easy for him to say that is out of our control and not our problem. The food was also fantastic and fresh as always! I will definitely be back to this location!

I have gotten sweetgreen many times before and we stopped at this location for the first time before a Red Sox game. I was really impressed by the customer service - Kamal had a great attitude, was super friendly and even greeted some regulars by name. He made sure to ask questions so that my salad was exactly how I wanted it. The food was good and the restaurant was clean.

had a quick easy dinner here yesterday with my family. They have a nice selection of toppings to pick from and a lot of vegan options as well. The food tasted very yummy and fresh!

Horrible experience DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I found BUGS in my salad. I went back immediately and told the manager and showed them. I had advised that they would change out the kale and romaine lettuce. They ignored and continue to serve customers. I reached out to there customer support team absolutely no help!!!! I will post the picture of the bug.
