This is by far the best sweet green I’ve been to in Boston by far. Kamal is the most helpful, always so cheerful and respectful despite very being so busy. He has done me so many favors, always with a smile. He is the reason I come back!

I have gotten sweetgreen many times before and we stopped at this location for the first time before a Red Sox game. I was really impressed by the customer service - Kamal had a great attitude, was super friendly and even greeted some regulars by name. He made sure to ask questions so that my salad was exactly how I wanted it. The food was good and the restaurant was clean.

Horrible experience DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I found BUGS in my salad. I went back immediately and told the manager and showed them. I had advised that they would change out the kale and romaine lettuce. They ignored and continue to serve customers. I reached out to there customer support team absolutely no help!!!! I will post the picture of the bug.
My fiance loves sweegreen so we end up ordering here somewhat often. The last 3 times I have ordered I have been disappointed. Last time I got uncooked quinoa which resembled sand and small rocks in both texture and taste. This time I ordered a shroomami, because I enjoy the taste and it's genuinely flavorful. I get ready to eat my salad and I have to do a double take to locate the mushrooms, or lack thereof, in my salad. Very disappointing :(
Update: the rice was really dry and hard and the tofu was extremely dry as well

I’ve ordered a double chicken bowl for pickup three separate times now and each time have gotten a puny half scoop of chicken - why is protein treated like such a scarce resource when I’m paying $20+ for a salad? Extremely frustrating
