I ordered my lunch via the app, and went in to pick it up and the order was lost due to the AWS outage, which is completely out to Sweetgreens control. The manager was so apologetic, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure every customer had a great experience. This is by far the best sweet green I’ve been to in Boston by far. Kamal is the most helpful, always so cheerful and respectful despite very being so busy. He has done me so many favors, always with a smile. He is the reason I come back!
Ryan is the best! Incredible attention to detail and genuine care for customers. Thorough throughout the process and very knowledge about each menu item. Someone give this man a raise!
