I had a terrible experience with the service at this location. The employees were very rude, and the food quality was disappointing. Portions were small, and some of the food was even undercooked. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience that needs to be addressed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sweetgreen location. An employee who served me was extremely disrespectful and had a negative attitude. The quality of service was poor, and the food appeared old and unappetizing. When I politely expressed my concerns about his attitude and service, he responded by refusing to serve me, walking away, and swearing at me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and left me very dissatisfied.

The manager of this store (female, I think name starts with an N) needs to be fired. I placed a mobile pickup order through Grubhub. Picked up order and opened it in store. The steak and all the ingredients were missing besides the pickled onion and egg I had added those items as mods along with Caesar and balsamic. I showed the manager thinking they had accidentally missed placing the steak and other ingredients in the order. She refused to fix the order, even after seeing proof of payment and the order confirmation listing what I had ordered and payed for. She claimed they could only put in the salad what was listed on the ticket. Which made no sense because then why wouldn’t she at least put my steak that is listed in the title on my salad. It was clear she just wanted to be rude and prove a point, I’m not sure why. It was a simple and easy fix and I clearly had proof of payment and my order listed. She was rude, unhelpful and not great at communication. She didn’t seem to like her job and had no customer service skills. How do you give a customer who payed for a steak salad, just kale. I was kind and only wanted my order fixed and she seemed to want to embarrass me. Not a very kind person. I was able to get a refund though the third party at the very least.

Dietary restrictions: The staff is friendly and you can advise them of your restrictions.

Parking: The parking is and can be extremely difficult but spots usually open up from time to time but try not to park directly in front or a delivery driver will block you in. There is on street parking but PLEASE watch and read the signs.

Kid-friendliness: There are tables for kids to eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessible.

Bro I never give a one star rating but this manager needs to hire new meal prep people or at least figure out something for quality control. Last time I ordered the miso glazed salmon... They DIDN'T PUT ANY SALMON IN IT... THE TITLE OF THE MEAL IS SALMON! How do you mess that up!? So I chaulked it up to them being rushed and overlooking it and moved on. BUT TODAY I ordered the exact same thing... The salmon was burnt and chewy, I think someone just accidentally dropped half a pepper shaker in it, AND THEY GAVE ME ALL THE WRONG DRESSINGS! ALL 3 WERE WRONG! Go to Boylston St or anywhere but this one unless they hire all new people.

I've been going on sweetgreen for a while though but on last Monday was my first on ink block , just love every minute, Lucy was just a sweetheart she recommended me the new caramelized steak and passio fruit kombucha, Just perfect it , thanks Lucy. I'll be back soon .
