Went and got a Harvest Bowl while on Vacation in Boston. Was disregarded when I told the cashier I was paying cash, they took and completed 7 more orders before coming back to me then made me wait to get change from them, after which they only gave me back part of my change. I just left stunned. Would NOT bother going again.

Very disappointing lately. Went for Lunch to get a Hummus crunch - person serving has no idea and only put half the stuff. Then there is no bread and instead of saying sorry or let me see what I can do, the cashier goes it will cost you $$ for bread.
Same thing happened two weeks back.
They are bringing people who have no idea what to do and spoiling the brand and good food.

Good luck but I am not coming anymore.

i ordered ahead for 6:05, it's 6:33 right now and i still don't have it even though i already received confirmation it was ready. Somehow, people who ordered way after me have gotten their orders. I've talked to the staff multiple times and they've been nothing but dismissive and inattentive. I was told i need to wait beschaust there is a line. Ridiculous. mid food not worth this.

Whatever you do, don’t place an Uber eats group order with this sweet green. They absolutely ruined my day and a business opportunity by denying an order when I scheduled for in advance. They also don’t accept phone calls so you can’t really negotiate a later time with them. The Sweetgreen I ultimately went to to transfer this order was happy to accept it did it quicker and was astounded at that this location could not fulfill my order in time. Bunch of hacks work there.

The brussel sprouts look NOTHING like the advertisement. They were cooked beyond recognition, soggy, and not flavorful.

While staying at the Sheraton I stopped in here for a late lunch. Staff was decent. The selection was nice as always. Freshness was definitely there. The BBQ chicken salad tasted pretty good too. The restaurant was slightly unkept and heeded to be cleaned and have the trash emptied though.

Overall, not bad.

The food ??????
It’s so good and I always customize it and they never complain about my terrible and complicated mix of foods. I’ve not had a bad meal here.

American fast food chain of salads with fresh products with meat accompaniments, very convenient to eat healthy and quickly + in this location, you can grab the salads and then settle outside in a very quiet interior green area

Stunning how far Sweetgreens has fallen. Used to be a reliable place to get a fresh salad. Last few times I’ve eaten there, the portions are smaller and not fresh. Even the decor feels like a hospital cafeteria. The workers have negative vibes.

Makes you wonder if they too have been the target of Private Equity, which is the case and a number of chains across the country. The business gets bought out and private equity strips out “waste” or “inefficiencies”….

Today, the lettuce in my salad was frozen and wilted. Will no longer be a customer. If you’re looking for a salad in the Prudential, Eataly is your best choice.

Workers were stuck on their phones and not friendly. I waited in front of the cashier for about a minute until she glanced up from her phone and realized I was ready to pay. I love sweetgreen but this location needs to get it together staff-wise.
