I’ve been going to this sweetgreen for over 2 years and in the beginning they had a great team, great service and you were always welcomed in. Now it seems like everyone thier has an attitude and doesn’t show any consideration towards the customers, they mess up orders always show lack of respect towards thier customers and have a a big attitude when serving you like as if your bad mouthing them and they just give you the screw off expression when their done with your order. This location needs a whole new team and better service the only thing thing about this location are the one or two employees who have stayed but work on preparing the inventory everything else needs to be dealt with so they can have a better overall customer service.

Terrible. They did not know how to prepare the food. Half the ingredients were missing. The salmon was dry like cardboard. Too much dressing. Spilled the salad and had to remake it. Never going again.

Food is good, but nothing to write home about. Service is a bit slow. Also be careful opening the cutlery, forks break easily.

They gave me completely inedible, rock-hard (presumably very stale) rice, and spoiled cucumbers. I didn’t even know you could spoil cucumbers. Service was lovely though.

Avoid this location (or just the company entirely)! If you order online they always forget ingredients, even if you are paying extra, and the portion is TINY. The bowl is not even half way filled. Reaching out to their support team is useless — basically just a “sorry, we will tell the team to triple check orders”.

I ordered a salad at 12:10 with a pickup time of 12:45. I arrived and the order was not ready. I waited for 30 minutes more and the order was still not ready over an hour after ordering. Worst thing is that the app doesn’t allow me to cancel and which took them over an hour and half to finally prepare according to their app

Lobster Roll Salad sounds pretty good, and the photo looks good, too. Only problem is they didn't have any lobster. They hadn't run out, they had just opened; they simply did not have any lobster, yet they left the sign up even knowing they didn't have any. My first time at one of these and it was a disappointment...

Sweetgreen is one of my favorite salad places in town! The ingredients are always fresh and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Willie and G always make sure I get a good salad, and I appreciate their attention to detail. I love coming back for more! 10/10 would recommend.
