I used to go to this place but unfortunately I hadn’t written a review. It was a five star place 6 years ago and I really liked the food, service and atmosphere there. I was very disappointed when I went there on May 16. The place smelled really bad and things had changed a lot. I looked for the menu up above the wall but it wasn’t the one I used to see 6 years ago. Even people serving food seemed very different than they used to be in manners. I just didn’t eat and left the place!

The workers the had the name “Brianna” tattooed on her arm is EXTREMELY rude. Just doing her job seemed to be a hassle for her. The entire time she was taking my order it seemed like I was bothering her to ask her to do her damn job. And the cashier Juan wasn’t any better because he enables the behavior she puts out on customers. I shouldn’t feel rushed to order my food.

I really like Sweetgreens in Kendal Square location. But Sweetgreens in Copley is not at all good..Staff was very rude. I spotted flies in my salad. Very bad experience.

Today I went there for the first time. I ordered a bowl and a salad and both of them included hair strand (long and curvy) which is nauseous :( I wasted them, never will go again SG.
