I usually love this place but had a terrible experience here today with the staff. I came around 11am and the store was empty, but when I placed my order the staff rolled their eyes at me as if she did not want to help me. As the order progressed it really felt like I was annoying her as she continued to sigh and roll her eyes. Once I checked out and came home to eat my food, I realized that she gave me the wrong salad! Very off putting experience for me.

This location had the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Sweetgreen. The young woman who worked there and made out orders had a HORRIBLE attitude. She was upset that 2 women came in for an order that wasn’t made and they had no record of it. She preceded to reprimand her co-worker and act absolutely rude! She didn’t change her gloves after using the register and used those gloves to pick up lettuce and throw it into the bowl. An overall subpar location! I have read other reviews that also point out the poor service. The canned review response by management and continued issues shows it is not being addressed. Bring in better management! LeD by example!!! This is ridiculous.

First and last time coming here after taking time to pick what I want with an employee shouting “NEEEEEEXT” at me to get me to hurry up. Food including items I didn’t want was hastily piled into my bowl while employees were rushing everyone down the assembly line. Upon declining to tip since I didn’t feel like the service was good, cashier and lady who helped me sent me off with scowls.If I’m paying $14 for unwanted attitude I’d rather go to Cava or Dig next door where the service is far better.

The food quality was horrible compared to others sweetgreen that are selling the same products. Also the portion of the meat was very low compare to others sweetgreen. They server acted was he was donating the food. If this would had been my first Sweetgreen experience, I would probably would never go back, this location for sure not coming back

I love Sweetgreen, but I was disappointed by the service in this location. The cashier (Juan) was on the phone and not paying attention to my question about why I was being charged for multiple extra toppings. He just kept adding "+topping" and when he finally answered, he said "because you got things". It was not worth the discussion so I just paid and left. Next time I will go to another location.

Updated Review:I have since heard a response from Sweet Green and they have rectified the situation. Not only that - they thoroughly apologized and promised to work on improving their system. On that note, I’d recommend giving this delicious place a try, especially since it is so healthy!Original Review:I love sweet green salads but had an absolutely horrid experience here last week. I placed an online order for pickup on a weekday, received a message my order was ready, and arrived on time to retrieve it. However, it was not there - and it was clear many others had the same issue. I waited 30 minutes past the pickup time, wasted my entire lunch break, and watched as people waiting in a long line had their food before me. They obviously don’t limit the number of online orders they accept and have a terrible organization system (as order pickups with times after mine came out first), and I wouldn’t recommend coming here at any type of rush hour.Worst of all, I emailed them last week to raise my concerns and never received a response. All in all, great food but terrible customer service.

I ordered a salad from this location and ended up swallowing something hard that got lodged in the back of my throat and caused me well over $500 in medical bills and 3 months of discomfort from an infection that followed. Sweetgreen declined to cover any of my medical expenses. Eat carefully y’all and watch your fork with every bite!

Sweetgreen. It is good. This one is like all other sweetgreens. Good. Currently on a diet where I just eat sweetgreens and soup and every so often a skinny margarita. Sweetgreen is a great part of that diet.
