Visited a few weeks ago. The gelato was outstanding. Some of the best we have ever had. The sandwiches were delicious and the portion was large. Will go back, regardless of all the hate.

Truly a disheartening thing to hear that the customer servicing skills of the manager Jen Royle is to personally attack a patron for cancelling a reservation due to circumstances out of her control. I'd expect better from a "highly regarded" food restaurant. Do better Jen Royle and fix the attitude of yours.

Slap in the face to every new Bostonian we want something new fresh and actually good not just art decor for cool photo props hoping that will be enough for social media to keep it afloat ! How can you make something so simple bland and boring !? Anyways 2 stars because of the staff very nice and decent but do not DO NOT order the ROASTED GARLIC I wouldn't be surprised if this stomach bug spreading everywhere came from that dish NEXTTTTT

Worst gelato I've ever had. $8 for a medium size cup, I took Mango, it tasted...I don't know, but definitely not mango! Just terrible. 7 Eleven packaged ice cream would have been way better.
This is a nice, little cafe with many gelato flavors and desserts. We were impressed to learn that the gelato is made fresh daily, and it tasted very good. We walked right in and were greeted immediately. We highly recommend making a stop here for a treat.

The Pistachio ice cream is extraordinary. All other flavours that I've tried here are also great but the pistachio is by far the highlight. The benches outside are perfect for the vibe even though it's not much seating space when it's busy. They only accept cash. Each cup costs 8 dollars and includes two generous scoops. All of this leads to quick service by the great staff. Would definitely recommend.

Horrível experience! They don’t take phone calls to cancel so in the case of an incident they can charge you! You learn that you can o my cancel electronically! Beth impolite person over the phone! They are good to charge bu zero service to support you when you need to cancel

With a friend decided to try and find the best canoli in North End. We tried many and we loved the traditional canoli here. They made the canoli cream with ricota and lemon zest which make it fresh and balanced. Definitely will be coming back for the canolis
