Just so disappointing without fail there is always something wrong with the order or missing entirely and when you get a freeze they only fill it 75% up. i hope management looks at these reviews because the store is going down hill and is in dire need of an intervention.

I just ordered doordash from here. I got a 10 peice chicken nugget meal. All they put in the bag was the fries. How stupid can you be to forget the nuggets?? That's the main thing jn the meal. Completely incompetent!!!

Staff will see you at the counter and blatantly ignore you. Lousy service. Probably best to try the drive thru. Store is dirty inside.

Older male was rude shooed me and my friends out while trying to use the bathroom then walked in the women’s and men’s bathroom to yell at us to get out of the store cussing us out after we said we were trying to use the bathroom then walked

Does not allow you to use the drive-through in order to order food that is listed on their drive-through menu. They forced me to come into the restaurant with a baby in a car seat in order to order from their long John Silver’s menu absolutely absurd.

They are seriously stupid here. Normally, I don’t say that, but they got my entire order wrong…. Paid $13 for a grilled cheese combo. Replace the steak with chicken, no chipotle sauce, no sour cream. Guess what they added all of that. Paid .70 for avocado dipping sauce also forgot that…. Cheesy roll up? It was hard as a rock…. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I also didn’t choose this Taco Bell. It’s whatever DoorDash picked from the app.
Never again!!! So nasty. And my food was burnt. I paid $26… after fees for my food to be done wrong

One time we were at the drive thru and I had to get out of the car to be sick. A staff member came out and brought me water. Only have eaten Taco Bell items as I am scared of Long John Silver’s. 10/5 stars.

This is a usual stop foor fast food. Dined in on Feb 23, 2025. Service was terrible. Products at the self serve soda fountain were unavailable, iced tea was unavailable. The staff behind the counter was uncooperative and indifferent in trying to solve food/drink issues. Ride share drivers picking up orders waited for several minutes before any staff members acknowledged them. This restaurant was substandard!!

You have to repeat yourself several times at drive thru. Just so you get your order heard or done right. Even if they hear you, there's a mistake reguardless. On the bright side, the soda is fresh, and the food is still hot even if it's not what you ordered.

Edit: This location has completely changed the way they operate. Food is out quick, orders are accurate, sauces are not forgotten, employees are easy to interact with. I'd like to thank the employees for their hard work. This wouldn't be possible without you.
