Waited 10 minutes in an empty drive thru after ordering, next car pulls up behind me 5 minutes in while I’m waiting for my food, finally after 10-15 of waiting at the window they hand me some else’s order entirely. Not a single thing in the bag was my order

Can we learn that truck delivery orders do not need to block the drive through? You have so many options in this area. And this is has happened multiple times now. Parking lot full, no access to drive through, wut y’all doin?

Asked for a burrito not a turd. This is what you get when the workers smoke weed in the back of the restaurant. Isn’t that a helth code violation or somthing. I watched the guy who made my burrito go on his phone and forget that my burrito was in the microwave thing. What a dump.

Waited 40 mins for 2 tacos and 1 burrito. I was told the excessive wait time was due to a shift change. Got home, was missing one taco. That was wild. Making a run for the border shouldn't be that complicated. I certainly would avoid.

I only got food here because every non fast food place was closing soon and only had the scrapping in the bottom. Rolled up 2 the window and they were arguing and fighting waited 5 mins at the window for 3 tacos and a soda so I was kinda upset but then I took a bite.. it tasted like the Freshest taco I've ever got from taco bell my crunchy shell was actually crunchy boy soggy and they weren't cheap with the toppings id come back again if I couldnt find anything else

The food is good but for the love of God please include the sauces that I order. Multiple times now I order a doordash with sauces included in my order and I get none of them. It completely changes the meal I'd rather not have had Taco Bell without the sauces.
