an item from my order was omitted which I didn't realize until already home. I submitted feedback on the Taco Bell website and got a phone call from the manager the very next day, apologizing and inviting me back so they can make it right! It's great to see such good customer service - accidents do happen but what really matters if whether they make it right which they did above and beyond.

All I ordered was a Baja blast drink, and somehow that took 15 minutes to receive. Many orders that were ordered after mine came first, and I had to ask the employee about it for them to give it to me. Very disappointed in the service here, and the employees need to stay more on top of their job and know what they are doing. Employees also were not very polite when giving me the drink.

I buy my food in the place . . I want to use the bathroom because I have a problem . The girl Spanish with the Men Don’t want I use the bathroom. They care only with the Spanish people . . It’s a public service. Please 🙏

Had a soft spicy potato taco alongside a cheesy Gordita crunch and had nothing but high praise for this Boston establishment. A must have amongst the Boston skyline and a must have when in the 02120 region. Potatoes were perfectly crispy, notes of salt and a hint of sweetness. Next night out, a BTTB will be a certainty
