The service here is absolutely terrible. Waited 50 minutes for my food and kept asking for help but every single employee kept dismissing me. I ended up just leaving without my food. Your leadership skills are lacking here because your employees clearing don’t care about customers.

Food is absolute trash. They reuse oil and it makes the food smell incredibly rancid. Amateurs back in the kitchen. Franchise owner either tells them to reuse oil or the manager is lazy. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

an item from my order was omitted which I didn't realize until already home. I submitted feedback on the Taco Bell website and got a phone call from the manager the very next day, apologizing and inviting me back so they can make it right! It's great to see such good customer service - accidents do happen but what really matters if whether they make it right which they did above and beyond.

All I ordered was a Baja blast drink, and somehow that took 15 minutes to receive. Many orders that were ordered after mine came first, and I had to ask the employee about it for them to give it to me. Very disappointed in the service here, and the employees need to stay more on top of their job and know what they are doing. Employees also were not very polite when giving me the drink.

Rude staff that cant communicate. Overwhelmed with online orders they cant fulfill ontime, in-store customers treated poorly and restaurant filty inside. 30 min to hour wait for online orders not ok.

Delicious. Not the cheapest: there are a few other places nearby selling tacos/burritos that charge similar prices, you should try those too, might be a little better.
