Service is bad, per usu. Inquired about an online order and the girl looked at me like I had three heads. Maybe she didn’t speak English, or maybe she’s mad she’s working at Taco Bell, i’d probably be mad at that too. Anyway, the guy was nice enough, finally he acknowledged my presence gave me my order and I got th out of there. I won’t be back. This stuff is garbage anyway.

Food was pretty good, perfect place to stop off on the way to a Celtics game at TD garden as its so close to the Downtown Crossing station.Service was fine, prompt enough but staff weren’t very friendly, with some being rude to other customers.This location felt a bit unsafe in my opinion and I wouldn’t recommend going here late at night because of this.Overall it was fine, you get what you pay for and it was a good place for a quick bite on the way to the game.

Clean, quiet, and near Downtown Crossing. The food comes out pretty quickly. You have to order through the kiosk, so it's a good idea to use the app to save time and avoid standing in the middle of the restaurant to enter your order.

Have to order with a kiosk. Asked for no lettuce on my tacos...."no compronde" Bad experience. Can't see myself returning for this type of experience

Took almost an hour to get food, kiosk broke and manager was rude and non-receptive because it "wasn't her fault." We were told we had to "wait like everyone else" even though we were already waiting for 40 minutes and everyone else wasn't. If we waited like everyone else had we would have been home by the time we eventually got our food.

Kiosk malfunctioned and took my money, but not my order. Staff was rude about it after I inquired about the status of the food, though eventually they out my new order at the back of the line. Waiting 1 hour to get tacos. I can't believe I waited an hour at a taco bell for this. I'll never get this time back.
