Tamo was great! One of the best dirty martinis I have had in Boston. Food was fesh and delicious. Will definitley be back!
Tamo was extremely disappointing. I ordered the salmon and it was raw in the middle. Not medium rare, but raw to the point where my knife would not cut it. My partner's mussels were also undercooked. At a restaurant focused on seafood, both seafood dishes were not properly cooked. The waiter's explanation was that the chef was out so there were "a bunch of boys in the kitchen." I would not recommend dining here.
A great not as well known spot in the Seaport...interesting menu and great preparations. All the staff is terrific and very welcoming. It's in the Seaport Hotel so check it out!
The lobster roll was fishy and strange tasting. Not a New England lobster roll and really not good.
It was our anniversary and it was so great. We really really had a great time. My friend recommened me this place since she lives near by and it was one of the best restaurantes we have been to. The inside is beautiful, I would love to bring my parents but we'll def be back. Our server Ibro was very nice and atrentive. Thank you to the manager and server, everything was perfect.
Easter brunch was expensive and not worth the money. Most of the food was just run of the mill buffet fare.
Decent restaurant but very slow service. To their defense, it was horrendous weather and the day after Valentine's Day and the restaurant was full. We had a nice time celebrating a 21st birthday. Food was good, not super creative. Cocktail menu was ok, nothing special.
made a reservation a week in advance for valentines and they were trying to get us to sit at the bar. We did end up with the table we reserved. So that was the downside, the steak was a bit overcooked but overall great. Otherwise it was a great expirience and good service
We had a nice dinner at Tamo on Valentine's day. The service was very good and friendly. The Bolognese was delicious. Unfortunately, my husband's salmon was dry and overdone and WAY too many peppers! So prob wouldn't order that again.
Food and our waiter were amazing. The berry and strawberry lemonades were not great: the fruits were warm .

The service was excellent. We started with a charcuterie board, that was very good. I ordered the lobster Mac and Steak tips. The steak tips were poor quality meat and difficult to chew. Good place for appetizers and a drink.
Great seaport restaurant attached to a local hotel. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Lively bar area and comfortable seating. Food was reasonably priced, and service was very attentive. Great choice for a cold winter's dinner in the city. Also, great people-watching with parties in festive attire streaming through the lobby.
We had a very good dinner at Taco Bistro. I ordered the clam chowder and lobster Mac and cheese with steak tips and broccoli. Some of the steak tips were chewy, probably because I like well done meat. The Mac and cheese was the best Mac and cheese I ever ate. There were two very small pieces of lobster in it. The broccoli was ok, the clam chowder was typical New England and very good. My partner had a cheese quesadilla which was very tasty and a big portion. He also had the parmesan fries which had a little heat to them, nice and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The dessert was a Boston creme pie. It did not disappoint, nicely presented and extremely yummy. You could say that the lobster meat was not needed in the Mac and cheese since it was almost not noticeable in the dish. Our server was very attentive, even finding a couple pillows for my back comfort. He also gave us very good menu suggestions.
The atmosphere is very casual, but I was surprised at how high quality the steaks were. The customer service was also very friendly.

Perfect menu, well executed. The menu is designed to provide a wide-ranging dining experience. There is everything from small plates to culinary meals. I had a rosters beet salad as my first, followed my shrimp scampi as my entree. Both were flawlessly executed Service was great! The servers were prompt to respond but did not hover. They were polite and friendly. .
