I would love to tell you about my experience at Tangierino but as the restaurant no longer exists, yet still takes online reservations, I can only tell you that I was pretty disappointed and annoyed when I arrived there for valentine's dinner with my wife. No worries though, as we had some toast and peanut butter at home.

I recently visited Tangierino Cigar Club for the first time, and it was a huge disappointment. We had a large party, but some of us were seated at separate tables. The waitress we had was incredibly snobby and rude.

We asked for mint tea, but the waitress told us, “Sorry, the big table got all the mint tea, and we don’t have any more.” No alternatives were offered. I couldn’t believe how poorly we were treated.

On top of that, they charge $5 just to change the coals on the hookah, which already costs over $60! If I could give zero stars, I wouldn’t hesitate.

I really wanted to like this place but sadly I won't be going back. We arrived for our reservation and literally had to walk around a near empty restaurant to find someone working there, who seemed confused to have customers. She was trying hard but said she had never worked upstairs before and didn't know the menu. Several of the items we ordered it turned out were not available, and a couple of incorrect dishes were brought out to us. The food was ok at best and small in portions for somewhat high prices.

Delicious dinner. Mediterranean platter , lamb koftas, truffle mashed potatoes and fries were perfect. The waiter was very friendly and timing was great. Not sure why the place isn't more crowded. Definitely recommend it!

Absolute terrific food. Best hidden gem in Boston. The chef is French and Morrocon trained to world class standards. My second meal in two weeks. I’ll be back soon.

Excellent experience. Samad, the owner, has done a wonderful job redesigning Tangierino. The atmosphere and decor have a welcoming feel, and the menu is diverse, making it the perfect location for anyone looking for authentic cuisine and a fun night out. The entire team is stellar, top tier service and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely night out! They clearly put a lot of thought into creating a nice atmosphere with a mix of traditional Moroccan and modern decor. The lamb tagine and the mezze platter are delicious and we enjoyed the belly dance show. They also have a nice selection of cocktails. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is very weird. It is a combination of a restaurant. A whole lounge and a cigar shop. Once you go down to have some hookah, the smell is just terrible. The service is poor and I would give it a one star except that the hookah was okay. The price is ridiculously expensive. They charged $65 for a hookah. Claiming that they only have the premium option and not the Regular option, which is 40 bucks or so

It doesn't seem that boston has a lot of options, so they take advantage of people

As soon as I entered with my friends the host stated do you think you can afford this place . That was very bad start and giving us the house rules . We are from corporate company and hear this we group of 20 were offended . The service wasn’t good . He charged us for a Stella when we did not even order and we return it cuz nobody had asked for it . There was no mint available so couldn’t order any food or drinks. The worst experience ever I will be filing a complaint for falsifying information . The house rules need to be rewritten. If I am pay $$$ then I do deserve a five star service .

Boston has better places to go too I urge everyone to take their business someplace else .

I visit quite often as this is my favorite hookah lounge, however, today was the first day I was charged $5 for a glass with ice for my bottled water. I’m a lady and I don’t like drinking out of a glass bottle so the fact that I was charged for a glass with ice is absolutely insane. I understand inflation, but that’s just greedy.

Came here for a friend’s birthday and our experience was awful. The ac was broken and was incredibly hot inside. Mind you, this was during the heat wave. They don’t offer free water and charge $8 for bottles of water. For a place that serves alcohol that is incredibly irresponsible especially with the space being so hot inside. Drinks are $22 each and hookah is $65 which was incredibly expensive. Ruined my friend’s birthday experience. Spent over $150 for a bad ambiance and mediocre/over priced drinks.
