Please be advised: NO FLAVOR WHATS SO EVER, absolutely none. The presentation was THE only best part of the delivery.And them greens(were giving “Big Mama your arm”) such a big let down. I used to love this place. Great food, and they paid attention to your order. However the past couple times I've ordered, they have completely whiffed -- Missing side dishes, not including the bbq sauces I ordered, and then just saying "what do you want me to do about it?" when I call them to try to make it right. I need to find a new BBQ place here. This is just ridiculous.

Dont worry, i had this about 10x so you dont have to. The bbq chicken is so watery it becomes a question of if its boiled chicken with some bbq thrown on it or they have a creative way of making pulled chicken. I've never had a colleague say anything nice about anything off their menu.You will find the brisket you are looking for else where. You will find crunchier fries in another castle. The Mac and cheese is a lie.
This place was good, not right now though! The brisket I had was dry too lean and the flavor was flat! It is not smoked, it contains no smoke rings. If you have "bbq"in the title of your name your place needs to reflect what your serving. You can't keep serving dry beed brisket and be successful.

Everything would be fine if the staff were aware of not using the phone and not having loose hair. It’s a lot. It was very spoiled and too unpleasant. My wife likes the food here but she took a decision.

Recently got a takeout of the meat combo special with pulled pork, bbq brisket, and pulled chicken for lunch. Everything on the plate was a tad bland, and without the dipping sauces on the side, it would’ve been difficult. The meats were still tender, but except for the brisket, they lacked umami flavor. The bottom of the plate was also filled with greasy water, and overall, it wasn’t the best bbq experience I had.Since there aren’t a lot of bbq places in the downtown area, this might be good for a quick bbq fix, but if you have the time, I would recommend going to other local bbq chain stores in Seaport or Cambridge.
