The lamb pita wrap was served cold, it was a bit gross to bite into because the oil in the lamb was frozen over. I thought their chocolate pound cake would save the day, but it was stale and tasted like chalk.

I’m usually happy with Tatte but this location was a disappointment. It seems like they decided to serve leftovers today.

Asked for a sparkling matcha lemonade and they respond “we’re out of matcha” . And that was the end of the conversation. No hey try this, this is similar or other suggestions. Ended up not getting anything myself. Clearly they have a good product but the service side and communication could’ve been a little better.

I love Tatte. This review is for this specific location. Training and processes needed, which is surprising based on the company being scaled and ran by an experienced multi millionaire.

Ordered a chocolate croissant for my daughter - no possibility to warm it up. “We don’t have an oven”…(like every over bakery anywhere). Despite 9 people being in the kitchen working, but ok. She still liked it, obviously their products and delicious, but come on.

Ordered the Cilbir (yogurt, Jerusalem artichoke, spinach, Aleppo chili oil and side of good bread and poached egg). Literally, a bougie savory yoghurt bowl, which is my FAVORITE every time I visit a location. After 20 minutes sitting there (one of only two dine-in customers and not much of a line, and truly not too many online orders based on how many people were working in the kitchen), I asked the point of sale lady to change it to go. She was surprised it wasn’t out…clearly it had been forgotten. I then watched as they rushed around in the kitchen, threw the items together quickly, poached an egg and rushed it out. Rushed to the convention center, ate it cold, and the bread was so dry and crusty it was inedible (again, unlike all other locations I’ve eaten this at).

I will continue to visit other locations (Newton & Wellesley at my favorites); this location needs a little training, and focus on processes. Also, you can make a black sesame concentrate w/o half of the drink being black sesame. Ask Sift in Mystic for more details.

Tatte is reliably good for food, but on weekdays around lunchtime, this branch does not have the required capacity to handle the volume of takeaway lunch orders. You can be waiting 20-30 mins for a takeaway sandwich. Definitely don't go for weekday lunch if you are in a rush!

The place is inviting and baked goods looked great. We decided on breakfast. Bad idea. Food was cold and tasteless. Wouldn’t go again. Coffee wasn’t bad

A specialty cafe located in Seaport, offering a variety of desserts and breads, as well as some delicious meals to choose from. The coffee is also delicious. This time I ordered oatmeal cookies, hot latte and hot cappuccino. The latte and cappuccino are mellow and delicious, paired with the chewy and sweet oatmeal cookies, a great afternoon tea combination. The overall dining environment is good and the food is delicious.

Love Tatte! However, this location is consistently overcrowded and the line is out the door. Even if you wait 25-35 minutes to order there’s no where to sit. Please open another Seaport location please! Food is delicious. Employees don’t speak much English so they get orders wrong about 25% of the time.

The place is nice and comfy, with lovely pastries and delicious shashuska. However. The fig and prosciutto panini was not done properly, the bread thick in the bottom and light on top almost like a ciabbatta bread instead of panini. It was also not properly toasted. Warm top and cold bottom hence the 4 stars review.

Long line with no one at the registers, but workers were just loitering around. My sandwich looked like it was thrown haphazardly together and was cold. Chocolate tart was old, dry and tasted like cardboard. See zero reason to go back.

Customer service is so bad and rude.

The latte was okay, super frothy on top and white - no crema to speak of.

Eggs and bacon was fine. The rosti had been cooked days before and I didn't finish them. Some weird dusting on top which didn't taste great.

I'd get a pastry next time.
