This place is overcrowded, good luck with finding place to seat. Pastries that we ordered were not fresh, coffee was good.

The presentation and appearance of everything is very nice. It is a meticulously clean and decent place. But what we had the taste was not as good as the appearance. In the Mediterranean, there is eggplant in Shakshuka but not in this version, the tomato sauce was very sour. There is no pistachio taste in the pistachio cake, only butter and sugar. When you choose a lamb dish, it comes with minced meat, expected to have a piece of lamb. But it's definitely a place you'd love to be there.

Disappointing Service at Tattee

I had high expectations for Tattee, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly, which set a negative tone from the start. When my coffee was served, it was spilled, yet there was no apology or attempt to fix the mistake. Additionally, the way the plates were placed on the table was loud and careless, making the experience feel rushed and unwelcoming. While the food was decent, the poor service overshadowed everything. Definitely not worth returning for. 0/5 for service.

Wildly unprofessional to conduct employees’ performance reviews in the middle of the cafe for the public to hear and witness. Everyone was able to hear the employees name, her pay rate, and the critiques of her work. Totally inappropriate. Also the staff never return a smile or kind word. They appear miserable in juxtaposition to the beautiful pastries and physical space.

The food on offer looked very tasty. I had the egg sandwich with salmon and their tatte house latte. The sandwich was very tasty but a little messy to eat. The latte was honey, halva and cardamom flavoured which was very pleasant and different. Overall I enjoyed my time there except when I was approached by a person asking for money and had to pack up and leave to avoid confrontation :(

It's rich but not delicious. The juices and coffee are very good. The desserts don't have much flavor and are very expensive for what it is.

The pastry is good but the cashier is so unprofessional, chatty, bad attitude and got my coffee order completely wrong

Their online order option doesn't work. When I did order there in person, the coffee was just so-so and a lot of their breakfast options overpriced for what you get.

The food here is fantastic. Everything came out perfect and the menu as well thought out. The only downside is that when we visited, the restrooms were all closed. There was nowhere for the public to wash their hands. I personally think that’s a little gross.

Excellent bakery and cafe within easy walking distance of South Station (even with a roller bag). Always busy, yet service is fast and efficient. They have a clever pickup area for call-in orders. I'd give 5 stars across the board, except for the service which comes across as arrogant. It dulls the brand and makes me want to look for other options in the area.

The food Is great but I'm really tired of wearing my drink because the covers don't fit the cups.

The brioche is to die for, except when it’s the worst…

You have a 50/50 shot at getting a phenomenal brioche sandwich at this Tatte, but the kitchen likes to serve one (or two, three!)-day old buns. Today, ours were bricks!

The manager was kind and understanding to my feedback, and seemed intent to discuss (fix?) the issue with the chef, so I hope this review is already moot. …Just in case, make sure to ask if the bread was made same-day before ordering.

Otherwise, this is a familiar Tatte experience, in a wonderful downtown location.
