Y’all have made my drink wrong 4 times in a row despite my order being a simple iced latte 😭😭 please stop

We got lamb meatball shakshuka and greek pancakes. The shakshuka was amazing — 2 perfectly poached eggs, sweet red pepper, freshly baked challah, and lots and lots of tomatoes. The lamb meatballs were just ok and I think the other two vegetarian shakshukas may be even better tasting. My friend enjoyed the greek pancakes but I thought they tasted a little bit starchy.

For drinks I had the ginger oat milk latte, which was intense on the ginger flavor (amazing!!!) but weirdly has ginger fibers in it (good to know it was made with real ginger but am I the only one who thinks filtering those out would create a much better smooth texture?)…

Overall, huge portions, creative flavors, fresh ingredients, great price, friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

At the reception I encountered a lovely young woman who told me dish after dish they were sold out - but could barely understand English. Then one of her colleagues wandered into the back and declared they have the smoked salmon tartine after all. When it arrived the toast was cold and impossible to cut with a knife. I ordered a dry cappuccino and was served a latte. Way too much milk and virtually no foam. I sent it back and they did graciously replace it. Avoid. Decor was not enough to overcome the rest. They also use plastic cups for self serve water when best practice is to use glasses. Bad stewardship.

I went to tatte this morning and ordered the following meal and a latte. At first, when I took a bite of the hash browns, I thought it tasted weird, and the meal was not even warm. Later, I had to try to finish it.
At noon, I suddenly felt unwell, vomiting and diarrhea, and even had a fever. At this time, I knew that there was something wrong with the meal because it was the only meal I had, and everything was normal yesterday. I hurried home, and after returning home, I vomited and had a fever repeatedly. At this time, I knew that I must have food poisoning! So I fell on the bed for the whole day, and this incident ruined my weekend.
Their latte is really delicious, so I give it two stars, one for the latte. In addition, the service staff is also good, but today's meal gave me a nightmare about tatte.

got a ham+cheese croissant and a pain au chocolat. Both were cold and not reheated, so the melted cheese had fully solidified again and the chocolate was literally just solid little chocolate bars, which is unacceptable

I delivered a package today and had the pleasure of interacting with Karina—she was incredibly friendly and even offered me a free coffee! I probably wouldn’t have tried their coffee otherwise since it was so busy, but I’m glad I did. The cappuccino was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back!😁

2025 Update - Afraid I have to knock a star off. This place seems to be coming apart at the seams of late. For the third time in the last month I just ordered a sandwich from the menu, only to be told it wasn't available. First time is was the turkey BLAT. Last two it was the short rib grilled cheese. If this is going to be the routine, at least update the menu or post a sign above the counter with 86d items. Waiting in line for 10 mins to find out the item you wanted isnt available is just bad business.

Consistently good and efficient service, quality sandwiches and fresh ingredients.

Some will say this place is overpriced. It's not cheap for sure, but I think it might just be worth the few extra bones - especially considering the nearby options.

Its super crowded. If you wanna a quiet place to enjoy - this is not the gest place. Grab and go is a good option though

Cashier who took my order cut me off as I was asking for beef sausage on a breakfast plate. Tried to clarify by stating “beef sausage on both.” Paid and thought the cashier understood what I asked for. As a result did not get what I ordered. When the food arrived I informed the runner that I had requested the beef patty on one of the items I ordered she proceeded to bring me the receipt showing I did not pay for it. I concede that I was not charged for it, but it is the fact that I was cut off while ordering and that there was no solution offered when I informed the runner of the mistake, that a one star review was left.

Every single time I order on DoorDash they get something wrong, or forget to put an item in. Today was the last straw! They ran out of my item so instead decided to place a half eaten tuna sandwich in my bag! To add insult to injury, they never answer the phone when you call. Truly sad because i enjoy many of the items from this Cafe. Henceforth, I will no longer be ordering from them. The level of service does not justify the price-tag and it’s something I’ve been dealing with for at least 2 years now. Boss lady needs to hire better help.
