Loyal tatte customer here, dont come here, go to other locatioms sucu as Copley etc. I came here at 9 am on Saturday, nothing going on and I was asked to clean the table myself!!!!!!!Shame on you.

I try so many latte at tatte,and sometimes they make different flavors but only this store (345 Harrison avenue street one )makes the best latte !!!! I love this store so much people are nicer and more professional ??? ???they make the best drinks

Tatte is the spot to hang out in. Coffee is decent. Food is very well made. Great for business meetings, hanging with colleagues/friends, or for a starter date or begining of day.

This is already the second time that when we ordered a cappuccino (not to go) and specifically asked for a regular cup we received our cappuccinos served at the table in cardboard cups. The first time their excuse was they run out of regular cups because they could not keep up with the dishwasher. This time they had plenty of clean regular cups so we asked for new cappuccinos in a regular cup as per our order: what they did was simply dump the cappuccinos from the cardboard cups into regular cups. Awful cappuccinos and even more awful service.

I was so excited to try the food here! The food was pretty good, but service wasn’t the best. Due to a dietary restriction, I asked for a sandwich to be made without egg. I was informed that unless the menu states it can be removed, they wouldn’t accommodate my needs. So I had to change my order all together to get something that did not come with an egg already.
I have never been told I can’t alter a meal due to dietary restrictions, so I was shocked and disappointed.

The pastries are worth the trip though!

Tatte used to be good but I don't think I'll be back. Ordered two sandwiches, requested toasted bread, both were mostly bread. For the toast, they don't use a toaster, but prepare it like a panini, and since one was chicken salad and to-go the heated through mayonnaise was spoiled and we didn't want to risk food poisoning. So that sandwich went in the trash. The turkey sandwich had one tiny slice of turkey, and we had to go to a deli for some more turkey to make it eatable. We also got an almond croissant that was so dense and heavy we couldn't pull it apart to eat it. It also made us feel a bit ill. For $40, we were left without lunch and upset stomachs.

Great pastries, unique drinks nice staff! Their pistachio latte was okay, a lot of the flavor stays on the bottom of the cup even if you stir it well sadly. Salad was good a little less dressings may be nice but maybe personal preference. I’ve had some of their pastries before and they’ve all been really good!
