Ordered Salmon with Rice bowl - Rice was over salted! Also had a sandwich with salmon and avocado - sauce and onion were rotten!
It was the most awful experience I ever had..

Got my order wrong 3 times in a row and overcharged me. Avoid this chain and go somewhere legit where they actually care.

Best bakery EVER. A gorgeous array of flaky pastries and fantastic brunch. Highly recommend their creamy goat cheese mousse to pair with their eggs.

We ordered a meal that was supposed to be gluten free. It turned up and wasn't. When we questioned it the waitress grunted at us and begrudgingly took it away. It was reserected and returned to us

I came here with my father fairly early in the morning and the line was already about 5 minutes long. There were a lot of people but everything comes out very fast and the workers are highly efficient. I had a pumpkin seed praline tea cake and my father ordered a cappuccino. I didn’t try the cappuccino so I cannot comment on it’s taste, but the tea cake was very delicious. The pumpkin seeds on top added a nice crunch to the very soft dense cake. There was a lovely hint of toffee throughout the te cake that added some additional flavor to each bite. The prices here are on the more expensive side, but it’s definitely because each pastry take thought and time to create. I had the mocha espresso mouse and that was less good—a little overset and the biscuit was soggy.

Pastries were very mid and although we dined in, they didn’t even warm it up for us (probably could have asked) the house latte was good and would rec to those who like cardamom. The black sesame latte was ok, didn’t taste too much like black sesame, and there were big bits of sesame seeds in our latte. We didn’t order the brunch menu, but I would say I wouldn’t necessarily come back for the pastries again.

Everything about this place just wasn’t good. The staff was not nice and welcoming they were honestly quite rude. We ordered a croissant and another item that are traditionally served warm, and they were served cold. We asked to get them warmed up and the staff would not since we had bitten into it. Any other restaurant I’ve been too would've corrected this mistake rather than responding rudely and hostilely. The food wasn’t good and the coffee was fine. I’d recommend going anywhere else in this city than here. Really a let down.

Lots of seating with their downstairs area. The food is served directly to your seat (when you find one).
Love that they have a downstairs side section that is away from the counter if you want to meet for a date or a small friends group. Also would be a nice place for an interview or a meet and greet.

It is always a treat to go to Tatte Bakery. It has a polity vibe. Staff is always friendly and the food is delicious.
The only thing I would change is to serve the coffee in a regular china instead of a paper cup. Would make the experience even more special.
