Poor hygiene and bad vibes. Won't be back.
An excellent, higher-level Cafe with a great bakery selection and reasonable prices. Good atmosphere.

I lost a receipt from the bakery last week and was so relieved when Michael Chau helped me track it down. He was incredibly efficient with the turnaround and kept me updated every step of the way. Friendly, helpful, and professional — thank you so much!

We ordered a prosciutto and fig panini and a grilled cheese while on a tight schedule. After about ten minutes, and only when I inquired, the staff informed me they were out of prosciutto—something that should have been mentioned at the time of ordering. The issue seemed to cause confusion, as neither sandwich had been prepared. I asked to replace the missing item with a second grilled cheese, but both sandwiches I received turned out to be plain cheese, missing all the listed ingredients such as Fontina, cheddar, parmesan, and the spreads. When I returned to address the issue, the cashier was dismissive and directed me to the manager, who was equally unhelpful and curt. He refused to offer any reasonable substitute for the unavailable panini, insisting the only option was another grilled cheese. I typically do not submit complaints, but the combination of disorganization, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct was disappointing.

My daughter said we had to stop here while in Boston. Their coffee and pastries were great. We also had the chicken noodle soup for lunch and it was delicious.

Fell in love with the long farm table. Whoever picked that out has exquisite taste. Drinks were good, many places make good coffee bar drinks. The raspberry meringue cookie was a highlight of my Boston trip.

I came for lunch & coffee and was told at 1 PM they’re no longer serving food because the kitchen is simply closed but I can buy pastries. I got my latte, a croissant (served cold) & not 5 minutes later the next customers were able to order from the kitchen again… what the heck? That was very bothersome … hopefully just a fluke because otherwise nice menu options & the latte was smooth.

We came here on a Tuesday morning for brunch and ordered a bunch of stuff. We ordered the house coffee, the pistachio latte, the pistachio croissant, the morning bun, some breakfast egg combo and also a slice of quiche. Their pastries are better than their coffee which is better than their brunch. The pistachio croissant was so crispy, definitely worth trying! The price was not too bad either!
