We had a GREAT experience at the Tavern in the Square. My wife and I were up from RI to see our son perform and we wanted something reasonable for dinner. This restaurant (located right next to North Station) was perfect. Our server was amazing. Very sweet and attentive. She brought us extra napkins and hand wipes because she knew our sandwiches would be a bit messy. The food came out quickly and was great! Tavern in the Square near North Station is a solid spot, especially for its location in downtown Boston. It’s on the pricier side, as expected in the area, but the food is well prepared and the atmosphere is great. I sat on the terrace and really enjoyed the weather and the overall vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they accept major credit cards. I’d definitely recommend it.
